This is a great product at a reasonable price for what it is. Opening and preparing Thai young coconut meat is extremely labor intensive and difficult and I am happy to pay for this product. I used to be a professional raw foods chef. This is a good product. Fresh frozen coconut meat! Keep it coming.

This is fresh, young coconut. Delicious taste. Fresh like in Thai and Asian restaurants. Fresh Young coconut. So AIP diet friendly too. I eat it as it is. A must have in my home pantry.

I was really looking forward to this, but it was such a disappointing experience. Something must be wrong with the batch I got because it was completely inedible. The taste was acrid, and no hint of coconut whatsoever. It almost tasted chemical somehow, which is bizarre because it's just coconut in the ingredients. Maybe it was so far gone that's all I could taste. The bottom line is that something was wrong with the actual product. The box it arrived in was fine, the bags themselves were all sealed. But it was so bad that I couldn't even swallow the bite I took--and I for one love coconut. I've had fresh coconut from so many different producers and never with such a bad experience. I reached out to the seller to alert them to the issue and they refunded me. Hopefully no one else was affected.

I love that I can get fresh, young coconut delivered to my door. These taste just like noodles and I love slicing them thin and serving them wok style, in itsjisn dishes or anywhere else you’ll find noodles. They’re so healthy and low carb. Worth every penny.

BEWARE this is islander/asian only style baby coconut. Westerners will not like this taste. It is not sweet like aged traditional coconut . Do not purchase this unless you grew up eating or you will not like. Quantity is too much also. My wife is filipina and she liked it very much while I gagged.
