Love these gummies!!!!! They really work. My nails, skin, and hair is definitely healthier. My hair gets so thick and long from these gummies, My nails grow very fast and long, and my skin stays clearer along with washing my face with a dove bar and using cocoa butter. I love these gummies, normally I would get the pills but lately I've gotten lazy, so I keep these on my nightstand. They taste good, smell alright, they seem to work for me. I would say they are of good quality, however don't leave them in your car they will melt and be extremely sticky.They do have alot of sugar as they are a gummy so don't take them if you fast, or have sugar issues .
