I've purchased long term storage food for decades and this did not disappoint. They rehydrate well and it has lasted months and I eat alot of onions.

Throw it into any dish that calls for onions. Hydrate overnight in the fridge and briefly simmer for 30 seconds for "raw" onion use. I've used the product raw and uncooked many times, so it appears to be entirely clean and safe to use raw.The aroma is eye-wateringly delectable! Tasted raw, they still have the eye watering aroma of fresh onions. Best dried onions on the market, in my opinion.

These are strong tasting, so be careful when you use them in a recipe. A little goes a long way. They tasted great, not burnt. they're great for making your own onion soup mix.

This is my second time ordering this item. I really love my onions but when winter comes and you make those soups I find that this holds up better in the slow cooker and insta-pots.. The ease of use, valve for the money, freshness, texture and versatility can't be beat. I love the value too.
