TYR Men's Poly Mesh Trainer Swim Suit

Highly durable and comfortable - has lasted over a year swimming regularly 2-3 times per week. Fast drying as well. Recommend.

I’m a former competitive swimmer who now just swims for cardio/fitness. I’ve used this suit every day for a week now and it is great! The speedo version of this was too tight in the leg openings. This is not too loose, not too tight. Provides just enough extra drag in the water for training. Highly recommend. I’m 6’1”, 185 lbs, muscular, 31 inch waist and I bought a size 32.

The quality is good in that you don’t have to worry about it ripping but it is designed for people with small butts. If you have a normal sized butt, expect your crack to be showing a bit at the top. Order at least one size bigger than you would a speedo.

I had only speedos mashed ones before this and this to my suprise, was much more comfy and made out of better material to the skin in my opinion.Update: a year later, they ripped down almost every seam. I would twist them after sessions to damp the water out for drying and I guess that's what did it, but this kinda low quality sawing never happened to a speedo pair. I'm back speedos mashed shorts now

I love TYR products. Literally, everything I am swimming with right now is TYR - googles, jammer, and fins - but these were not for me. They felt like granny panties or a diaper. I'm a 53 year old guy, and no one wants to see all this.Now, back in the day, 20-30 years ago, I would have rocked it. So, take what I am saying with a grain of salt. They were very comfortable.

Love this drag suit. I swim laps 4-5 days a week, about a mile a day. Got this suit to wear over an Amazon brand speedo suit for training. The first lasted over a year of daily swimming before it fell apart. Liked it enough to buy a second.

This is a great fit. I prefer the cut of this TYR suit over the Speedo version of this suit.I actually use this as my primary suit because I like the shape and cut. I have thick legs and feel like I have a bit more room in the TYR suit... and there's still room to layer if you wanted to. In my experience Speedo seems to make suits for stick people and I don't fit that shape or body type so I'm always happy when I got with the TYR brand.

I give these shorts one star. The fabric isn't stretchy at all and I would've preferred an elastic waist to the drawstrings. It fit very poorly--it was too tight across my butt/the back of my thighs, but too loose in the front though it did bite into my thighs (I do a bit of walking but wouldn't consider my legs super buff). I think this product is best for folks who have a very slim frame and narrow hips. I returned this product with a full refund.

Buen material se siente cómodo pero si tienes muslos anchos se recomienda que dos medidas más de tus medidas exactas aunque te quede aguado del estomago el muslo queda apretado

These are a poor cut, no support at the front for your male genitalia, so I guess wear other trunks underneath. The fit is more baggy/loose than shown in the Amazon photo, appreciating that they are a drag training swimsuit. They are not made in the USA as claimed in the item description, but made in China as my photo confirms.
