Extremely Responsive Customer Service
MyLockStore is a very professional organization, and their customer service was outstanding! I've never used this brand of locks before, -but they seem to be very well made and upon installation seem to have a very good fit.Wish I would have bought them here long ago.

The locks truly works
I was having an issue with someone bumping the old lock that I had. My new Medeco locks works 100% as advertised. Feeling save in my home agin.

It did not work for me so I will not recommended to anyone.
I don't like the fact that it do not work it was used for the front door to keep neighbor out of my house. The lock was able to be pick after spending so much money for this lock it was still able to be Pick. Stay away from this lock not worth $100. Way too much for a lock that don't do anything different than any other lock it is bad lock.😭😾😩😫😤.

Nice lock and shipped quickly.
Looks and feels like a high-quality lock. However, the lock probably fits better in a thicker door than in a thinner door. I installed it in a security screen door (which are thinner than most wooden doors) and could not use the shims/spacers that came with the lock but had to construct my own spacers for a custom fit. Also, the installation instructions were somewhat vague (ie. What are the ball bearings for...to eliminate drilling and unscrewing the installation bolts from outside?). Still, recommended for added security. Note: Only comes with two keys (which are not easy to duplicate).

Spectacularly good lock.
This is a seriously good lock, vastly better than a Schlage (which is, itself, vastly better than a Kwikset). Solidly built, keys can only be duplicated by a licensed dealer to whom you show your registration card, can't be bumped. Worth every penny.

Solid, It really feels secure
.an excellent deadbolt with nice feel. Easy to install. well worth the money for the peace of mind.

Did fit easily as a replacement for the original lock
Took a little longer to install than run of the mill locks due to some of the anti-theft features. Did fit easily as a replacement for the original lock, though. Thing easily weights twice as much as the original lockset.

Would Not recommend
First I did not purchase these on Amazon. I purchased for 4 of these locks 13 months ago. In month 11, 2 of the 4 had stopped turing and the original locksmith repaired free of charge. Now it is month 13 and one of the repaired locks is failing again and another the thumb turn just fell off. These are way too expensive for these types of problems, especially so soon after purchase.
