I had inflammation issues after having pre eclampsia while pregnant at age 42. I am now 46. Couldn't seem to lose the weight. Tired. Hives. Allergies came back. I’m breastfeeding so calcium + magnesium is a must for me and my young. They are standard vitamins, not fun to take but the overall effect is good. Easy to swallow, no taste or aftertaste if taken with water, high quality, no negative digestive effects that I can detect.

I had a bone density test done and my doctor said i had osteoporosis. I didn't want to take a prescription medication, so She recommended this calcium supplement. The pills are LARGE and you have to take 4 a day. I won't know until next year when they do another dexa scan to see if they help/work along with exercise and added calcium foods. (I don't eat dairy). Hopefully they help!

Calcium supplement

I was looking for a new plant based calcium supplement and ordered these based on the positive reviews. While starting taking them I seemed to tolerate them well, but after two weeks I all of a sudden felt slight stomach ache. I thought it might be caused by another supplement and I discontinued use and only continued to take these calcium supplements. And the stomach ache did not go away. I think I might be sensitive to the Red Marine Algae. I made my own research and found out that it can cause digestive issues like constipation, gas and bloating. This supplement might work well, if you are not in any way sensitive against the Red Marine Algae, but it did not work well for me.Update: After leaving my review the seller contacted me and offered a full refund on the supplement. This is great customer service from Peak Performance Health, and I appreciate this very much.
