Go buy it at Home Depot
Home Depot had this item for only 98.00! I didn't want to pay to ship this product back because it would have only saved me 11.00 to do so!! I do love the product and it looks really nice in my daughters closet, but go look at Home Depot first before purchasing and save yourself some money!

Great Price, Great product, -1 for the Manual
In general, the product is great and the price is very affordable. The user manual was very detailed except for 1 step which didn’t define two screws had to be inserted on opposite directions on two boards because of the finished panel edge. So, -1 for removing those screws since it was difficult and a pain for me. However very satisfied with end product.

Will buy more.
I got the expandable rod to put into my new babies closet. I bought way to many clothes 😝. Hanging the extra rod was so easy..it's simple measurements on both sides of the closet. Screwing in the rod holders and then popping in the rod. It's sturdy. I have a good 20lbs of baby clothes on it and it hasn't budged. In the picture the bottom rod is the one I installed. I'm going to buy more for my closet.

Very nice for a budget organizer
I bought this to redo our 110"ish closet. The previous owner had installed a uselessly configured, ugly wire organizer. It was really easy to install the SuiteSympony tower. I easily moved the height (from where the directions tell you to put it) of the fixed shelf to even it out and allow me to utilize some cube organizers for our folded clothing to keep things looking neat. Some of the corners were dinged and dented but nothing was broken so I wasn't going to go through the hassle of exchanging or returning it. It's a huge, heavy box so of course it got manhandled by the shipping company. I was worried about the plastic brackets for the clothing poles, but once they were installed, they seem pretty secure.I bought an extra pole to maximize space since we don't have much, if any long-hanging clothing. I also locally purchased some 1x2" lumber and 10" Rubbermaid shelves which I cut to fit in the top of the closet to extend the shelf in the middle of the unit. It's not as deep as the center unit, but there are lights in the top of my closet and the shorter depth of the side shelves allow me to use the top shelf for storage and not worry about breaking a bulb when I pull something out.

Easy to Follow Instructions
The instructions were well written. The hardware arrived in a box within a box within ... so, the finish was well protected. I have worked with laminated MDF before and did not strip the screw holes nor damage the finish. Mostly hand tighten everything and construct the pieces using the cardboard box as an underlayment to protect the finish. I used a pneumatic stapler instead of the nails provided for the corner braces which gave a clean and strong brace. I did not install the rod on the single side unit and I had to shorten the other side significantly due to the unusual size of the closet (~35" wide). I cut back the quarter round on the floor so that the shelving would sit flush against the wall. I purchased the drawer assembly separately. The draw directions and assembly were excellent and add a sophisticated look to the shelves.

Looks good and it's sturdy
I went to Home Depot and Lowe's, looking for shelving for my closet. All I found at those stores were wire shelves that looked cheap. So I bought these from Amazon instead. The package is really heavy. You'll 100% need help lifting it up, even if you think you're hella hot 'cause you do Crossfit. I felt bad for the delivery guy.Anyway, once you enlist someone's assistance to bring it inside, it's relatively easy to put together. Make sure you have an electric drill to fasten to the closet walls. I would also suggest buying an additional top shelf to maximize space. But yes, this thing looks good and makes my closet look nice and organized.

Highly recommended
I have a lot of clothes. I purchased two closet organizers. I paid a handyman to install it. He added a second rod to convert the long hang into another double hang on each side of the cabinet. I love it! I am now able to see what I have and organized my clothes by colors. I placed my purses and hats on the shelves. Lastly, the handyman added a shelf across the top of the organizer where I was able to place my shoe boxes. I am please at the amount of stress the closet organizer has taken off me. Nor more standing in the doorway looking for 15 - 20 minutes for something to wear. Even better, the total cost of the two closet organizers and the installation fee was six times cheaper than the professional closet builders. It may not be as pretty as those professional closets, but on a budget I'd rather purchase more clothes, shoes, and hats with my money!

I am not sure
BAD QUALITY PLASTIC SIDE HOLDERSThey broke within a short time of hanging tbe rods. Now the roda (metallic & good quality) are useless. Imagine putting shot cheap tyres on a brand new BMW. It wont work. No recommendation for this item, from my end, atleast.

Plastic parts and madly made
Does what it's supposed to do but looks like it could fall apart at any minute. Pieces do not fit together nicely and make thing have a dip in the middle where they connect. Also screw the plastic pieces.

Happy with this product
really happy with this product, saved about $100 VS Home Depot. Im a plumber and usually hate working with this "IKEA" type furniture but I was pleased by the final out come of this shelving unit. installed it in our babys closet to the left handside with the two bars on the right. The shelf unit is super tall which worked out good.

Expensive units as I had to buy new metal hangers
I installed one of these in a closet in a spare bedroom a couple years ago and it was awesome! All metal hardware came with the previous unit I bought. These two units I bought came with PLASTIC pieces to hang the metal rods on that will likely hold 100lbs of clothes! And one plastic piece was broke so I couldn't use it anyway. I had to go online and buy parts from another supplier to get full metal hangers for the poles to hang off of.
