This dispenser has clearly gotten a lot of thought and effort, leading to excellence in the details. Pros: Cup dispenser is push button, eliminating the common nuisance of getting 3 cups when you are trying to get one. No splashback on the cup when you put the mouthwash in the cups, as you usually get with the pump dispensers. Drip catcher easily removable for an easy rinse. Mounting is pretty easy, and doesn't require removing any parts. That means that if you later decide to have it freestanding, you won't need to reorder any parts. Cons: The mouthwash itself isn't great for everyone. This isn't a major deal, since you can easily pop off the top of the given dispenser, and put whatever mouthwash you want. This is more relevant for home use, for example if you personally prefer a fluoride or organic mouthwash, then you can easily just put that into the bottle. The cups aren't stiff enough to push the dispenser, so you usually have to push it with your hand. This very easy to do, and a very minor thing.

The lip on the mouthwash is ok from beginning, but start leaking since last week. Very annoying experience

Honestly this company is amazing and this mouthwash is amazing as well. I stuck two different bathrooms with their machine and use the mouthwash. It is out of business and all the employees always complement the mouthwash. Even more amazing is the company itself. They sent me a hand written holiday card which was above and beyond what I expected in regards to customer service. It felt like the old days of buying goods. Can't recommend this company and mouthwash enough! The machine is awesome. Works perfect and have had no problems with heavy usage by employees.

What I like: it gets clutter OFF my very limited counterspace. This was the primary reason for the purchase. It has a slim design and is attractive. What I don't like: I lost 20% of the bottle contents mounting it. It is not stable when mounted and fell off the mount for no good reason that I could identify. It tends to leak and required a lot of attention to the bottle placement to stop leaking. It is top heavy and it leans a bit to the side and front. The included hardware to mount was useless as I had no stud to access and the small screws were insufficient, so I used larger screws but even they were not enough to mount backplate securely through the predrilled holes in the mounting plate. I should know better by now as I have found "included hardware" inadequate for most jobs. I finally used liquid nails. After mopping up a LOT of lost mouthwash, I stabilized the bottle with one hand and quickly closed the unit door to keep the bottle in its place and locked the door. It seems to work fine, but I am dreading having to change the bottle. So far, it's 3 stars because it is under-designed. A bit overpriced. Maybe I will update after using for awhile. Jury's out... UPDATE: This product works great but I found the mouthwash product is lame; it is like a diluted minty koolaid and it has no pizazz. It doesn't provide the "lively" mouth feeling. The bottle is, however, easy to refill by carefully lifting the snap on cap off and refilling with your preferred mouthwash. The trick is and probably will always be, the messiness of reseating the bottle on top the valve plunger. Apparently reseating the bottle "opens" the valve allowing liquid to escape. If you have trouble manipulating things with your hands, you will have trouble with this. You will probably also have a little mess to clean up. This is the main flaw of the system but it is not a deal killer for me.

Very nice dispenser well made will last for years.

We use these in our personal bathrooms. Helps our kids not to waste the mouthwash. I would like to be able to buy a different mouthwash of my own preference though. Maybe they'll start to sell empty refill bottles (wishful thinking).

recently replaced older manual dispensing stations with the automated stations which are convenient, the product is good, everyone loves the taste and the automation upgrade, the customer service group is the 5 star portion of this review, it is refreshing to have a company so interested in how their product is being received by a purchaser

It’s a little too big I thought it was smaller and it’s leaking everywhere so I don’t know what’s wrong with it I was going to return it
