Great album
This is my first PJ Harvey album, and it will not be my last. I am mainly a fan of rock music, tending to listen to music from 1960s to present day. But I wanted to try something different. Catchy, fascinating, rocking, sometimes disturbing, never a dull moment, well written and produced. I liked it on first listen, but it got better with subsequent plays. Apparently this is relatively poppy by her standards, but this is not your average pop music! I must check out her othet albums

One of the finest albums ever....
This is in my top 10 favourite albums. I love PJ.... always have always will. She is one of the greatest artists ever, this album in particular is an all time classic, it also has NO filler, it's one of the few albums where every track is superb. Turn up kamikaze, sit back and revel in one of the finest songs ever......

Classic
Her best album by far, and probably my favourite album by a female artist. Well worth the price, and should appeal to a wide range of (good) tastes

Amazing sound
Best ever. After some of her others. Amazing sound. If pop/rock wasn't so institutionally sexist she would be (far) bigger than Radiohead. Incidently the best ever Radiohead song is on this album!

Good Album
Her ‘commercial’ offering, but I really like it. Some great music here. If you quite like P J but find her a bit ‘arty’ this is a good place to start.
