Was just what i expected. Perfect size for my dad's ashes. Liked the color of the wood and the grain.

To cover my bases, I ordered boxes from three companies. I was worried that something might be broken, the wrong size, or simply not arrive in time. The main things that I would say about the Glance Wooden box are that it was good quality, a less ornate design, and on the smaller side. The design on the other wood boxes were more elaborate, much busier (tree of life carving). This box was less embellished, which may or may not appeal to you. The largest Glance Wooden size was much too small for Uncle Ronnie. My guess is this box would fit a person up to 180 lbs (this is really, really a guess!). I thought it was a good box and would have been happy if it had worked.(not sure if I’m allowed to do this, but I’d appreciate the info so I’m trying … ) I ordered three boxes. Ultimately, I used the Star India Craft XXX-Large box. The Star India box was very similar to the Hand-Carved Rosewood Urn Box. Star India was slightly better quality and the right size. I also ordered the Indian Glance Wooden Urn Box X-Large1. Glance Wooden box was good quality and the smallest option. The Glance Wooden box is nice if you’re looking for a plainer style.

We buy these for our senior pets ashes. We have a plaque on the front with their name and dates. Very nice boxes. They will eventually be put in my husband’s coffin when he passes. He wants his fur kids with him forever. Quality boxes.

Nice box, worked well. I deducted a star, because the engraved areas were pretty rough and unfinished. Kept collecting fabric particles when whipping off. I will probably revarnish it myself. Still will be more affordable than many I’ve seen.

I got this for my 2 corgi’s, their ashes will be scattered with mine and I wanted something they could be in together until that time comes. Annie weighed about 28lbs and Austin weighed about 32. It a perfect fit and looks exactly like what I hoped for, pretty but not overwhelming.
