These are thin pieces of plastic sheet with elastic around the edge. They keep shoes clean in the garden or cover dirty shoes when you walk in the house. They are punctured by gravel but with care can be reused. When first taken from the box they can be stuck together so as to appear faulty, but are in fact ok.
