Worked really well for me after a small surgery. The cooling effect lasted long enough to provide extended relief and made my recovery easier. these are super easy to use and well-worth it!

these have been such a lifesaver after a 3rd degree tear and internal and external stitches, i refused to waste money on the “name brand” postpartum ice packs that are twice or 3 times as much as these, i've found these last about a half an hour but usually my pain is subsided by then especially using tucks or witch hazel pads in combination. these have by far been the best item i bought for postpartum, if you get anything get these!!

These have been a lifesaver for postpartum care. 10/10 recommend. I just didn't use the sticky part as it would tear up the pad underneath.

I'd heard mixed things about whether getting ice packs like these would be beneficial for postpartum and considered getting something reusable or DIYing ice packs. I'm sure both of those options are also great, but for me it was the right call and just so easy and convenient to have a big pack of these on hand. The cold doesn't last super long, but was enough to give pain relief without being too cold. They're too bulky to be out and about much, but the size worked just fine for being in bed and around the house in. I'd get these again for postpartum recovery.

These ice packs are super helpful after giving birth. I had multiple 3rd degree tears and have been in a lot of pain, these ice packs give me a little bit of time where there is some relief with the added benefit of the cold helping with the swelling. They are much easier to pop than the ones the hospital had provided me, though they don't seem to get quite as cold. They are large and bulky, which makes them very awkward to wear because its hard to walk and sit in them, but they do absorb a decent amount of fluid and keeps it pretty contained. The downside is that they don't stay cold very long and after the cold has worn off, you are left with a large warm bag of water in your pants...which is strange and uncomfortable. When you get them it seems like a lot, but I went through my entire box in about three days because I put on a new one every couple hours, day and night. They are also very convinent because you just pop the balloon inside and shake and the reaction inside makes it cold, meaning you can keep them in the bathroom and don't have to run to the freezer to retrieve them. I would recommend this product to anyone who is concerned with the pain they will be dealing with after birth and will definently order them again if I ever have another baby. I might just order two boxes this time instead of the one so they will last a little longer.

These are perfect for postpartum. So much betterThan trying to create ice packs. I have used these for two pregnancies now and would 100% recommend for anyone. They are also good to have in first aid kit for emergencies. You just fold them over and hear a pop sound, then shake it. It starts to get cold. Would buy again.

Hands down one of the best things I've ordered for postpartum care. This is what the hospital uses and it's so nice to have them when you get home, too. Just shake and snap and give your mommy parts cold relief in those first few days at home.
