Finest charcoal I have ever used
This is really expensive charcoal, but well worth the money. Although I bought two bags, I have so far only opened one, so take that as a caution. The chunks were mostly quite large and very light, with very little dust, and the bag was full almost till the top. A few things made this charcoal stand out. First of all, the smell. There was very little of it, which was quite a surprise. There was almost no smoke either. It lit very easily (I used one tealight candle) and burned with very little flame. The heat spread quite quickly and I had a nice barbie up and running in about twenty minutes. The charcoal burned at high heat long enough to cook a lot of food, but I did use just over half a bag. The charcoal was still burning a few hours later although most of it had turned to a very fine ash which had largely blown away, so it left very little residue. All in all, I would definitely buy some more of this when I want a rip-roaring barbie, even though it's quite pricey. All their usage claims (which I confess to have found a little improbable when purchasing) are in fact quite true, so well done them.

Perfect
Exactly what I wanted

good only as a firestarter
burns too quickly and leaves too much ash. Crumbles too easy as well so it won't breath as easily as denser wood in bigger clumps. It does burn easily, as long as it's properly spread. I'd only use it to help start the fire and then use denser wood on top.

A good quality lump wood charcoal
Easy to light, I use for pizza oven, BBQ and low and slow cooking.

I’d buy again.
This is more expensive than I’d normally buy and I’m surprised that it really is better. I didn’t think there’d be much difference but how wrong I was. Instead of small coal sized pieces you get actual logs of charcoal. I used fire lighters and this took great and was ready in 20 minutes. It was a good even heat and very very hot initially. My only criticism is that loads of flecks of ash came off it. If there’s a slight breeze it’s like your sitting in a snow globe! I think this is maybe better for a pizza oven. Having said that because of how easy it was to use and the good amount of heat I would buy again.

High quality but sold on litres not weight.
It’s good, but you are paying for it. Notice it is sold on Litres not weight so it’s very dry no smoke smell and quick to burn. So great for the odd bbq but as a regular user I think it’s very expensive so good to try other options also. I bought as a emergency ! But it’s good.
