Firstly, must mention delivery.... arrived much quicker than anticipated. Just a couple of days after ordering. Was advised to expect two weeks!! Brilliant. This is a lovely feature for the garden. Very easy to fit together, and seems a good quality, sturdy item. Spins very easily but putting it up coincided with a complete lull in the wind so had to wait a while to see it in action. As I say, lovely looking, quality item. Would recommend to anyone. Five stars all day long.

Lovely shape, large size, easy to assemble, even supplied a screwdriver.In common with many such wind spinners this shares a pedigree with some remote part of the Orient. Quite well made and thought through; works well. However be aware that although the words 'copper' and 'verdigris' appear these only refer to the colour. It is made from mild steel and will likely be showing rust before the year is out, especially if you live within 20 miles of the coast. SO...assemble with grease in all threads. Then give two coats of matt acrylic exterior varnish or lacquer all over. It uses two sealed ball race bearings that are held in with circlips. Grease these clips and housing interiors. The ball races are, technically, the wrong type and should be thrust bearings. It describes the finish as 'powder coated' but it does seem a bit thin.
