Little goes far
I used this on chicken not shrimp and I like it when it is crispy blackened from my air fryer leaving just a bit of spice left and dunked in macaroni and cheese. Beautiful combo. I do not like it under cooked when it is too much spice for chicken. A little goes a long way. Hence blackened is best.

I received package on time, but 3 of the packages were poked open, probably by a box end. Should send or wrap a small piece of bubble wrap to prevent this
