Patriot Exhaust H1060 60" Chrome Side Exhaust Silver

Purchased this side exhaust system for a 1966 Mercury Comet Station Wagon that I'm restoring as a mild custom. It was an excellent fit, and was less than half the cost of a full, rear-exit system! Not only does the system install easy and look cool, but it also sounds great- nice rumble without any high speed droning or noise. The length I purchased allowed the system to start at the front edge of the front door and exit just in front of the rear wheel. Not hot or noisy for either the front or rear passengers. You can adjust the rear tips to face downward to lessen sound if you wish. The only modification I had to do was relocate some of the heat shield mounting holes based on where I fitted the system on the rocker panel.Definitely would be again.

These are perfect. They look amazing and wer packaged well. I only saw a few scratches. I'm more concerned about my legs gearing burnt....well it's the look of the car not the pain we feel. I may buy another set for another car I'm working on!

Patriot Side Mufflers are a great addition and modification to my 1970 Camaro! The chrome shines perfectly, the length is just right, and the sound is mildly aggressive. Very well made and sturdy. However, you will need the hookup kit which is sold separately and I highly recommend the copper gaskets(sold separately) oppose to the flimsy cardboard gaskets. Also, installing them is rather tricky if you want them welded on, so make sure to trust a muffler shop who has some experience and will take the time to install and align them correctly.

Holy cow fast delivery, ordered on a tues about noon delivered the next day at 4 pm. Purchased 60” for 1980 corvette, install easy and looks great, little nervous of the low hang but its part of the deal if you want side pipes on a corvette i guess

I am about to order my 3rd set. The first came with a lot of damage. The second came with only 1 pipe. I haven't received a refund yet. It takes about a month. Good luck.

I mounted the pipes like they showed but I moved them up to the side of my frame on my corvette they sound great but be warned they are low to the ground love the sound and they look great

this is a well made product except for the sheet metal mounting bolts. i replaced them with some slightly longer ones from the local hardware store. the pictures show a 60 inch patriot exhaust system mounted on a 72 el camino. it measures around 59 inches from the rear tip, to the outside of the chrome inlet pipe, please see pictures. i should have ordered 70 inch set up for my camino, as it ends right at the end of the doors, but still looks great and gives the car a real good 70's look. make sure you order the universal hook up kit.
