I've ordered these many times now. I'm a funeral videographer and to deliver funerals on this beautiful key is AWESOME and my clients LOVE THEM. A couple times one here or there didn't work, but customer service is great and never had a problem! 5 stars all the way! I LOVE THESE! Update: as a videographer, sometimes my video files are BIG. I recently encountered a problem where a 6GB file wouldn't load into the drive saying FILE TOO BIG even though the drive was empty. After googling, I discovered the drives are formatted in a very common FAT32 format which has a file size limit of 4GB. In order to load a bigger file, the drive needs to be reformatted (which turned out to be very easy to do) and then it works fine. Only adding this to my review to assist anyone else who might encounter this problem. It is not a defect with the product as I leaned FAT32 is a very common formatting on USB drives. 😀

I bought this to use for my work computer but I am unable to due to my work computer restrictions so I can’t speak to using it but can say it came exactly as pictured and I still keep it on my key set because it’s cute.

My customers like them. They do fit tight on USB so be careful.

Sooo Win - Lose ? It’s definitely NOT perfect, any of these points could easily be deal breakers. But, it does fit (barely) and has enough storage for now (29 GB). I have no time to deal with returning / finding another (urgent) and it’s aesthetically pleasing enough for me to accept it with its losses. (I’m just a girlll) Winning Points for me: - Absolutely adorable (in person / in photos) - Unique Design (couldn’t find elsewhere) - Quality Shell (Copper !) - Cheap Enough (you get what you pay for lol) - One-Day Delivery (I fall to Amazon) Irritating / Losing Points for anyone: (lol) - Storage Capacity isn't accurate (29 v. 32 GB) - Fit is extreeemeeelllyyy tight (on a tower, would only be worse on a laptop) Probably wouldn’t gift this item as it could end up damaging the end-users usb-port. Summary: If you do NOT need ALL 32 GB, care about AESTHETIC more than functionality / your computer, or have TIME to return / find a replacement if it doesn’t work out, go for it ! If nottt… maybe look around some more :(

I expected plastic but seems to be metal (copper?). Nice look and feel. Also it is formatted as FAT (32) which I wanted actually for better compatibility for playing music on standalone devices and for that I have no need for +4GB file sizes.

I don’t know if this is normal but the usb is metal it Gets extremely hot to the point that the computer stops it from showing it just says that the disk was eject unproperly at least I have some kind of warning because I think this definitely would start a fire or damage the computer somehow I have tossed them all to the trash not worth buying

I did a little photo session for a friend and used this to mail them back to her. It makes for a cute way to gift photos and is actually really sturdy. Highly recommend!
