A fascinating book with interesting theories and references.
A very interesting book covering many aspects of disease. Also reveals how many toxins are being used in our daily lives and how most, if not all industries use dangerous chemicals to produce almost all products sold to the public. Definitely worth reading to make yourself and your loved ones aware of which products to avoid and help in limiting the environmental pollution. It makes a lot of sense that these chemicals create dysfunctions in the body. I feel more confident being aware of these chemicals after reading this book.HIGHLY recommend this book to EVERYONE!!

Truth; what a novel idea these days
First I want to say that before purchasing this book I read reviews. Most reviewers loved the book, but there were a few that gave it poor ratings, and I must assume that they work in pharma or the medical industry.I've read 2/3 of the book and it's fascinating. The authors document their claims and cite the work of others. If you have the ability to think critically and reason things out you will probably agree with much of it. We know of course, that common sense isn't very common these days.I highly recommend it, and especially for those thinking of starting a family, or who are pregnant, or know someone that is. The sections on SIDS, ASD, ADD, ADHD was heartbreaking. But the information in this book could mean the difference between life and death of your baby. It can make the difference of you and your child having a normal life, or living your life to care for a permanently disabled child. It's a good read and there is much information there that the average person does not know. In fact I'm sure that many doctors don't even know the information in this book as they are trained by pharma in med school. In any case I highly recommend this book and I would give it more stars if I could.

I actually read the book.
There are many reviews on various websites from people who didn't read the book but instead listened to the authors on a podcast. I have just finished the book after a month of almost daily reading, lol. This book takes a commitment. Once reaching the end, I feel most readers will get the sense that their loyalty was well-placed. This book is a one-stop deep dive into the subject of 'terrain theory' from authors who stumbled upon it via research into 'virus theory.'I've actively sought interviews with the authors on various podcasts before and while reading their book. The writing of 'What Really Makes You Ill' began as a bipartisan dive into viruses. When limited to no supportive evidence could be recovered, they wrote a book on the information that was uncovered: Viruses do not cause illness. The most astounding part of this book is that it uses the medical establishments' own definitions and research against them. This book doesn't solely rely on research by doctors and scientists that some may attribute as 'false authorities.' Rather it uses the CDC and WHO when citing the sheer number of inadequacies and contradictions. Why should we believe that viruses cause illness when there are so many other explanations that make more sense.'What about Polio?' This book will address that.'What about STDs?' This book will address that.'What about Chickenpox?' This book will address that.'What about the black plague' This book will address that. This book will enlighten, empower, and inform the reader of what really makes you ill, and it's NOT viruses or bacteria. The answer is far more reasonable, and you'll have to read it to find out. This book will take you through the history of 'Germ Theory' and how we reached the understanding we currently have. After laying the foundation for why the medical establishment believes this, the authors do a great job of showing you why it's erroneous.I admit that I often felt depressed reading this book. There are points when I felt like it was an impossible task to be healthy. But towards the end of the book, I felt liberated. I began looking at all of the supplements that I take, and I was able to pick through them and get rid of the ones that weren't necessary. I view my health differently than I did before reading this book.Overall, If you want to take a deep dive into this subject, look no further; this is the book for you. If you want a more summarized version, I recommend "Contagion Myth" By Dr. Thomas Cowan. If you're like me, reading Contagion Myth will make the reading of this book inevitable. There is far too much to the history for it to be left to one book. A deeper dive becomes unavoidable."All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident."Arthur Schopenhauer

Everyone alive needs this book!
And then they need to read it. This book is so well researched and really exposes all the harms of “modern medicine” 777 pages and 44 pages fine print single space just for references to scientific research. Like actually scientific research using the scientific method, not the consensus “science” we all grew up praying to like were in a cult because we were indoctrinated at birth…

Confirmed all my expectations, great work.
I have wanted this book for a while and was not disappointed at all when I started reading all clear and unambiguous references that I had found. The reading is straight forward and not hidden in jargon, this is must read for anyone who suspects we have been lied to by the Medical establishment and Big Pharma. A new paradigm has been emerging and this book lays out the path for a new Health awareness that should change every ones life.

Modern Medical Care is a Faustian Bargain
A good, if lengthy, introduction to the idea that maybe letting people and companies who profit off of people being sick control the health/healthcare discourse isn't such a good idea.

Eye-opening book and very well researched book
I purchased the pdf version of this book, but the book was so good, now I want the hardcopy. There is an enormous amount of information here, but it is very digestible thanks to the authors who have it organized and put in layman's terms. My only complaint (and it's minor) is that I wish the chapter regarding "vested interests" came earlier in the book. Please note: when reading this book, keep in mind this was written and published prior to the pandemic. That makes reading this book even more interesting considering its relevant topics.

This book changed my life!
I don’t read many books these days (so much to learn, so little time…), but one day, earlier this year, a question popped into my head. It was a question I had been bouncing around for some time after news of the CV pandemic started streaming in. Information I had gathered in the past was surfacing, and I couldn’t ignore the feeling that things were not adding up.Then, after a rudimentary web search, I found that other people had spent a great deal of time in endeavours to answer this question. The results were overwhelming. I would have to spend months, it seemed, digging through all of them before I got even a basic understanding of the material. However, since the question I asked was so similar to the one posed by the authors, I took a gamble on their book. A gamble which turned out to pay off, in a big way. When I looked at the cover for the first time, it evoked in me a deep, visceral, emotional response. Without much proof, it is hard to process, and easy to reject, especially if you’ve spent your whole life believing otherwise. I’m sure most people say the same before they dig into the material, but if you have an open mind — and a desire to learn — you may find yourself reconsidering a few things. Unfortunately, the people most likely to reject the message of this book are those who have a stake in keeping it under wraps.“It is difficult to make a man understand something when his salary depends on his not understanding it.” — Upton SinclairThe scientific method, and the processes of truth, logic and reason it embodies, is the highest pursuit anyone can strive for in their life. It takes time and effort. You hit a lot of dead ends. People will try to stop you. It takes you to dark places, and it makes you want to give up and forget everything. As John Lennon once said, “Living is easy with eyes closed.” Ultimately, however, what makes it all worth it is a greater understanding of the universe, one’s place within it, and the chance to change the world for the better.Unfortunately, all too often, the fruits of such altruistic labours are intentionally buried underneath other ideas that do not rock the boat of vested interests as much — ideas that give more power to those that do not deserve it, instead of benefiting humanity as a whole. The discoveries made by Nikola Tesla, Raymond Rife, and all the other scientists whose supposedly dangerous ideas were rejected, are not well-known because of this. However, they are still around, and, like the proverbial snowball rolling down the hill, they continue to gain wider support with each passing day.“A lie doesn't become truth, wrong doesn't become right, and evil doesn't become good, just because it's accepted by a majority.” – Booker T. WashingtonYou don’t need to be a doctor to understand this book. You don’t even need a university education. All you need is time, patience and open eyes. But don’t just take my word for it. It’s time to get your power back, and the first stage of that journey is knowledge.Dawn Lester, David Parker, I can’t thank you enough for the efforts you have made here.May God bless you and protect you in these troubled times.

If You See Something, Say Something -- Allopathic Medicine Causes More Harm Than Help
This book is well-written, easy to read & comprehend, and contains numerous sources & references that the reader can follow up on and verify the veracity of the statements & conclusions offered by the authors. The authors subscribe to the Scientific Method of Empirical Experiments & Conclusions. They prefer to see evidence of actual causation rather than implications & associations. They call out the popular assumptions & declarations made by the Medical Establishment that rely solely on implications & associations and have never empirically proven any actual causations. In fact, in the category of Causation, they have found that Allopathic Medicine Causes More Harm Than Help. With this book, and my own experiences of 57 years, and having watched numerous videos for the past 18 months by Dr. Andrew Kaufman, Dr. Tom Cowan, Dr. Stefan Lanka, Amandha Vollmer, Jon Rappoport, Jim O'Kelly, and David Crowe, I have concluded the following:Obey your body and stop pretending you are smarter than it.When the body is ill, it is because it is detoxifying -- it is eliminating something that has gone inside the body via an orifice or the skin. Now the body wants you to STOP putting anything inside it or upon it -- it was your putting something inside or upon it that has made you ill and therefore it is only logical to STOP putting "helpful" things inside or upon it so your body can clean itself out.Ever heard of David Crowe? He was a fabulous researcher about the Virus Fraud and he died last year of cancer. He was afraid to try fasting because he thought the body needed food to fight the cancer. He was wrong, obviously. It has been said fasting is very beneficial for helping the body to eliminate cancer -- and fevers, too, it's been said they have cleared up some cancers. But fasting ain't AMA approved is it? Fasting is the opposite to the common erroneous practice of DO SOMETHING, ANYTHING! Don't just do nothing! Cram something "helpful" into the body! The body is missing an essential element -- it needs your expert help! It needs a special mushroom or colored tea -- or a cappuccino enema!People are responsible for themselves. As for the argument that obeying the body could lead someone to eat in unhealthy ways: They must learn by experience. If you eat something that makes you ill or uncomfortable, you stop. There is a difference between obeying the body and obeying the psychological urge to comfort-eat. Either way, if the body doesn't like what you're feeding it, it will let you know. If you ignore what it tells you, you pay a price of pain. But let's stick to just the issue about obeying the body whilst ill: Eat what it tells you to eat (what you hanker for) even if it seems silly or unwise, and don't eat when it tells you to don't eat.The epitome of simplicity, fearlessness and good news for all living creatures -- that is what the Truth is composed of. Mankind has obscured the Truth with misinformation, disinformation, willful ignorance and deliberate fraud -- and loads of fear-based, complicated assumptions, fallacies, theories and bad ideas about health (and our very reason for being spirits in this material world).Philosopher NewportLondon06 June 2021
