I'm not sure if anyone else uses this like I do but I cut up hotdogs, pour Jell-O powder and garlic powder in a bag. Jell-O powder soaks up moisture from the hotdog and marinate it. I've caught many fish with this bait.

I made jello shots with tequila. They were delicious 😋
