always avail. when I need it
I buy a gal. bottle, pour it into smaller bottles (pint) that I freeze, keep one in the frig. for quick use, when that one is used up I take one of the frozen ones and let it thaw in the frig. overnight. I go through a complete gallon in about 6 mos. , been doing this for probably 10 years with the same "O-riginal" Buffalo sauce. There are now 10's of different buffalo sauces on the grocery shelf, but this one is truly the gold standard. Whole foods has a pretty good one, "not Anchor Bar"!!!, King Sooper's has a pretty good one, "not Anchor Bar"!! if you get what I mean, many out there, but none like Anchor Bar.

Can’t have wings without this original sauce from Buffalo, the origin of “Buffalo wings”!! Nice mild sauce and glad I can get in this gallon size which can last me about a year. Anyone can cook wings, but the sauce is what’s most important!!

Makes perfect wings.
It is the real sauce. Makes perfect wings.. I just salt n pepper fresh wings and frig overnight. Cook with pork fat in cast iron pot for 11 -12 min @ 350.. (don't let temp drop below 350) until fully cooked and golden brown. Toss is sauce from the bottle. My kids like this sauce cut with Kerrygold.

Very good for families, hosting big gatherings of people for hot wings.
It's more than most people will need by themselves...mine expired about half done after ~3 years. (I didn't waste much when using though, poured it carefully and directly onto the wings rather than tossing them in a bowl of sauce.)

The Original Buffalo Wing Sauce!
This is a great sauce...it's not the hottest buffalo sauce they sell so if you are looking for more kick, buy the 'hotter' or 'suicide' variety. Unlike the sauces normally sold in supermarkets, you do NOT have to add butter to this sauce. You can add this to your wings straight from the bottle. MUCH better than anything sold in the supermarkets and the 'original' from Buffalo, NY. It looks like they increased the cost of shipping on here, I would recommend you look at the anchor bar website, they may have free shipping for the same exact product.
