I had decided to buy just every supplement I could find with some positive research behind it and just take a bit in coffee every morning for general health. So far, I have about 40 different and have enjoyed trying all during teh pandemic. Only two could I say had a noticeable effect. That would be Gotu Kola and Gingko Biloboa.I usually put a round spoonfull in my coffee and have found that when I take teh Gotu Kola I'm very motivated. Normally I am a slow starter, but when I have this in my coffee I found I get anxious to "get to work". It's not manic though. But, focus is way up, too. I can't think of anyone I wouldn't recommend Gotu Kola to. I'm really glad I tried it and this five pound bag is as big as a pillow! Plenty to last a long time.

This is about the lowest price I've ever seen for bulk Gotu Kola. The quality seems to be good. It gives me a slight burning sensation in my throat when I take it orally, which is either good or bad, I'm not actually sure. I'm taking it for increased collagen production and healing properties, and in conjunction with an herbal anti-inflammatory, it's having a profound effect on my skin health. I definitely recommend trying gotu kola, and once you've decided you want a large amount of it, this is a great way to go.

I'm not a brat, the product was okay and price was excellent but if you're liquidating because of expiration SAY THAT.It was 5 pounds which is a massive amount for a home user, I was sure it meant oz but nope it was pounds.

Amazing Value for money! This should last me a at least 2 years!
