good cheap agility ladder
Good agility ladder / I like yellow best .. More rungs and feet long is better. Your coach will have better but he's running 10 people through and has to expect people feet to hit often. Find a Youtube to see all the ways you use to be fast on feet and print a cheat sheet from web to reference until you memorize. It's great exercise.. Assuming not so old and frail falling might break a hip.. WOULD BE GREAT for older people.. Everyone loses mobility, ballance and timing from only stand + walk in a straight line. ** put your right foot in, take the foot out.. do the hokey pokey and shake you body out. but seriously a soccor training guy in YT will have over 25 variations and you wont even be able to do many of them w/o a lot of practice.. Make fun of dad and mom when they can't even do easy ones slow. ADD Coach yelling change pattern, a ball, hands touch gound, a squat or jump you never run out of exercises he can abuse you with

Basic Light Weight Set Up
My physical therapist recommended the use of an agility ladder. This was an inexpensive product so I decided to give it a try and I ordered the 12 rung blue version. It meets the need for a basic set up. The plastic crosspieces slide up and down the straps so that they can be positioned at the distance you prefer (usually 15 to 18 inches apart). It was a little bit of nuisance getting them into the desired position, and they moved around a lot when I had to move the ladder after every work out. Since I am the only one using the ladder, I decided to position the crosspieces 17 inches apart and hot glue them in place. I removed one cross piece off in the process. This worked pretty well. The ladder is light weight so it moves around a bit if your foot hits during your exercise, but I think by securing the ends of the straps it will work out OK. It comes with a carrying bag, so you can roll the ladder up and take it with you easily. Overall, I gave the ladder 5 stars because it was such a good price for a ladder that meets the basic need for the casual user.

Improves Footwork, Easy to Carry, and Great Value
Improves Footwork, Easy to Carry, and Great Value I’ve had the Yes4All agility ladder for years now, and it’s been one of those simple pieces of equipment that actually gets a lot of use. I originally picked it up for soccer and general footwork drills, but it’s worked just as well for other sports and even as part of home workout routines. The ladder lays flat on most surfaces—grass, turf, pavement, or indoors on a mat—and doesn’t tangle when unrolled. The rungs are adjustable, which makes it easy to set different spacing for kids versus adults. It comes with a carry bag that makes transport and storage painless. Setup literally takes seconds—just unroll it and go. The nylon straps and plastic rungs are lightweight but hold up surprisingly well. For casual use, they’ve lasted without issue. If you’re using it heavily with a team or large group, you’ll notice the rungs slide if they’re bumped repeatedly, but that’s easy to fix by taping or gluing them into position once you find the spacing you prefer. This ladder has been helpful not just for athletic training but also for warmups, coordination work, and even some physical therapy exercises. It’s versatile, packs small, and the price is hard to beat compared to more expensive branded versions. Bottom line: A simple, effective, and affordable agility ladder that’s easy to set up, store, and carry—perfect for personal training, kids’ sports, or anyone looking to add quickness drills to their workouts.

Good for personal use.
Buy them, they are cheap. I bought this to do some footwork drills with my group of freshman lineman, I set them up to give them a go with my 4 year old and she loves them. Two main faults I found with this item. 1) Low durability. I know that all things break, and at this price point breaking should be expected. But for something that will be stepped on over and over again breaking after the first misstep does not set well with me. 2) The rungs move easily. Initially, I was excited to be able to space out the rungs in however I decided but the rungs move so easily that every time my 4 year old made a mistake we had to realign 2 or three rungs. Two main positives. 1) These are cheap. For $20 you get two runs of agility ladders. 2) Easy to fix with duct tape. Final thoughts, these are cheap. They are not going to be usable for my application of running a group freshman lineman through. They are however fantastic for my daughter who has asked to set up an obstacle course every night since they arrived. As long as you are fine carrying a roll of duct tape you should be happy.

Nice to get agility in your legs
The Speed Agility Ladder Training Equipment is an excellent tool for improving footwork and overall agility. I’ve been using it to enhance my boxing foot movement and speed, as well as to build agility for running, and it’s been incredibly effective. The ladder is durable, lightweight, and easy to set up, with adjustable rungs that let me customize my drills. The carry bag is a great addition, making it simple to transport and store. This equipment has been a game-changer for my training, helping me improve coordination, balance, and speed. Highly recommend it for athletes of any level!
