The blade is a little flimsier than I would like, but for the quality-to-price ratio, it is a beautiful decorative sword.

I love the design of the hilt and sheath and for the price it’s great. The dragons feet on the hilt can actually be used to stand the sword up. I plan on taking this to my next ren faire and I’m excited. The sword itself is poorly made, blade is crooked and can wobble, one review talks about not good for sword fighting but I don’t see why anyone would spend $33 and expect a good sword to fight with. My impression with the sword was it was for decoration, but that’s me. For the price it’s a great piece to just have to show off or sitting around

An ornate piece with excellent style and aesthetic but is extremely flimsy, poorly made, and in no way ideal for combat. Seams are very evident and metal is cheap. There were numerous rough edges throughout the entire sword and sheath, as well as poor connections. The blade is a rat tang and very flimsy, prone to shaking and does not hold up. The blade is solid construction, slightly better than the sheath and handle, but has rough metal edges unevenly finished. As a cosplay piece or wall decoration the sword is more than adequate if not ideal for the price range. However it is NOT a combat sword and will likely shatter if used as such.

I am very impressed! This is a beautiful display piece I originally purchased as a gift. I like it so much I am buying another for myself.

If you want this product just for the enjoyment of owning a sword for a low cost, then it's certainly a great option. However, there are minor manufacturing defects such as small flakes of steel on the handle that haven't been removed yet, and the blade is too flimsy to think about using it for more action than swinging it around in a room by yourself (It came with a slight bend in it, but nothing too severe). Despite these, I will say that it's a great budget sword for a costume and it feels much more realistic than the other options I've held thus far. I would still buy again, but my expectations were higher than what I received.

my son wanted this and bought it with his own money, for the price point I thought it would be more of a fake sword however, it’s the size of a real sword, but the blade is deceivingly sharp. Given the age of the kids in our house we’re gonna have to bolt it to the wall for now although my son really really loves it
