I'm a senior with hip replacements. I'd begin to find my hips bothering me again when I found an old pair of these in my closet. It had been years since i wore them. I figured I'd try them again. These are soft enough to be comfortable but have a hard plastic in the middle to provide real support! Within 24 hours I began to notice the pain in my hop and lower back fading away! I've even begun walking without a cane again! So I bought a new set for my other shoes and sneakers! I just have to remember to remove the insoles that came with the sneakers before I insert these new orthotics! And a lot less expensive than the custom orthotics that insurance won't cover!I'm sold!

I have trouble with my ankles and this insert really helped me. Great durability, thickness and support. However, I think they are over-priced.

I suffer a tremendous amount of foot and lower back pain. Seeing the reviews and podiatrist recommendations for this brand, I decided to try these out. They're a miracle. It took a bit to get used to, the first wear kind of hurt - but once my feet got used to them, all discomfort melted away. I'm experiencing real support for the first time and it's incredible.If you're not sure about your arch height, I recommend using the cardboard technique. Wet your feet a bit and step onto a piece of cardboard. You can use the print to compare to the chart in one of the product images to determine what kind of arch support you need. I never thought I had high arches before I did this myself, and these work wonders for me!

This was recommended by my husbands foot doctor. It fit both in his walking boot and his tennis shoe. It gave him comfort immediately even though it’s plastic and we had our doubts. Arrived the next day! We were pleased!

These are amazing! My Podiatrist told me to get them. I can walk for hours and not have the pain in my heel. They fit great in tennis shoes if you take the padding out. I will buy some for my sandals this summer.

These might be good for you, but please heed my warning. I have collapsed arches and over pronation. After inserting these into my work boots and wearing them for a few weeks I developed severe pain and swelling in my right foot. THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT CAUSE THIS ISSUE IF YOU HAVE NORMAL FEET. However they certainly did not help prevent it. I’ve since switched to KURU foot wear and this does not happen. Again this product will not hurt you, but there may be better options for you. Please consider looking into those options, and if you have specific concerns, talk to a doctor.

My foot doctor sold me my first pair over 25 years and been buying them ever since. Helps with support.
