Waist Trainer for Women Corset Cincher Body Shaper Girdle Trimmer with Steel Bones Extender

I got this almost 2 months ago, I ordered the XXL at the time I weighed 260 pounds and I had to use the extender. Started with the last one, and now I’m at the very last one, every week I would try to change the one I was on. I didn’t measure myself either… I wear it religiously on the weekends and 1 hour while I get ready for work and 2 hours after work during the week days. Obviously it’s not going to help if you’re not working out or eating right. I wear it during my meals and it makes me full fast lol just ordered a smaller one finally.

I honestly can't figure out some of these reviews. I went by the exact height/weight of some of the reviewers who ordered an L. So, I went ahead and ordered an L and an XL just in case one doesn't fit. My God, even with the extender I couldn't fit into the XL. No wonder so many of you getting rashes cuz you are squeezing yourselves into the WRONG size. Sadly, I'm returning both sizes and now ordering the XXL and 3XL. By the way I'm 5'6 and 182lbs. If you honestly fit into a size L, yikes, good luck. Nice waist trainer though, so I'm giving it a second chance ordering a much bigger size.

Love, love, love!!! This waist trainer feels super comfortable! The wires don't bend, makes me feel super snatched without my love hips sticking out, no allergy reactions, and superrrr comfortable to wear! I've been wearing it for 12 hours now and I feel like I can just wear this forever and only taking it off to shower. I've had previous ones and this is by far the best.

I am 5'4" and 170 lbs, I bought a large and it is too small without the extender. Using the extender that they send, it fits perfect on the loosest setting. I honestly didn't measure myself, I am just usually a large in things so I went with the large. I have a short torso for my frame and this fits nicely, I can sit without it digging into my thighs and boobs.

I bought from several vendors on Amazon and this has been the only one I kept and have bought twice from.First time bought, because to try it out. Helped me lose weight (6ish pounds in 1 month) as is made my back sweat a lot. Made my rib area look thinner so gave the look I was curvier. Heheh :)Second time bought, needed a smaller one due to the lose of weight. Trying it out now. Bought the more expensive one amd it's made of way better quality.I am 5'10, weighted 175 (bought M with extension). Second time bought small (with extension). Heheh I'm losing weight guys. Hehehehe I'm getting curvy.

The first day I tried this on I had to use the extender - the loosest row. I wore around the house for a couple hours to season it. The next day I was able to get it on without the extender and I worried again for a couple hours.The next day I went a few more hours. Within 10 days I was able to go to the middle row. About 10 more days I was able to get to the Tightest Row.At first I thought it was just the waist trainer stretching as I wasn’t really seeing a lot of difference on my measuring tape.But I hung in there doing the 30 day challenge - I wanted to commit to the full challenge.All in all I lost 2 inches in my natural waist and 2 1/4 inches off my belly button area measurement.My clothes are loser and I truly believe this waist trainer has helped. Also I do tend to squat more instead of stoop. So I think it’s helping my posture.I will add that I began taking cod liver oil (A teaspoon a day) about the same time I started this waist training. I was actually looking for different benefits from the cod liver oil but after seeing such good results in a month (in inch loss) I do think the cod liver oil did have something to do with it. Also did some research and it seems there’s a connection between Cod liver oil and weight loss. No I haven’t lost but about a pound and a half I have lost several inches off my waist.I plan to continue waist training. I may be sizing down soon. I’m also going to look into other types of waist trainers for workouts. I would not recommend these For working out. Walking would be OK but not anything to where you have to do ab crunches.

A very versatile product, I can even wear it with casual clothes. Got an M and had to use the extender but after a week (exercise and diet), I can now wear it comfortably without extension. I look forward to seeing myself after a month wearing this daily.

I’m 5’7”, 170 lbs, and a size 14. I ordered the XXL with the expectation of using the included extender. It was just right on the loosest set of hooks, which is exactly what I wanted because there are plenty of rows left to tighten it up as I go. I ordered the 10”, which turned out to be just a little short, so I’m returning it and getting the 11” instead.

Llevo un mes usándola y me ha encantado!! Es rígida y da un control excelente, no se enrolla y las varillas son muy flexibles por lo que puedes agallarte o hacer cosas sin problema, la recomiendo mucho!! OJO la tabla de tallas SI viene bien pero dice cuanto mide la cinturilla estando en el nivel de ganchos más apretado, por lo que para aprovechar al máximo todos los niveles y el extensor si hay que pedir unas medidas más chicas pues todos los niveles dan como 5-5.5 pg más, por ejemplo mi cintura mide 27pg y pedí la xxs de 22pg para usarla con todo y el extensor y así poder ir disminuyendo todos los niveles.

good product, you get what you pay for.I did about 8 to 10 hours of research on this thing, and I found this product to check off the most boxes in terms of quality, comfort, price, returnability, etc. The customer service is amazing, because it is amazon's customer service that takes care of you. I am actually 31.5 inches on my waist (I am 5'5) so I should be ordering a XL, but I ordered a L and its still tooo big. I have exhnged it for a medium

Perfect fit, used to use the extra strip but now I’m on the second to last slip o no the waist trainer. Love it! However it does hurt at the back a bit because of the stick at the back sticks out

The item is clearly used, no question about it. As for being refurbished, I ordered a SMALL, received a product with a MEDIUM tag yet the measurements were for a SMALL. This is NOT a NEW product, it’s refurbished. All the negative reviews are to do the SMALL either being too small or too big, no real consistency in the size. Thats because they're refurbished...UPDATEAfter this review we were contacted about a month later and they offered to send us a NEW item, this time we received the product that we had initially received - which matches all the images.We have left the above review as receiving a new item does not erase the previous experience.

I ordered size 10.2inch long but i received the 11.6in long one. So disappointed 😢. Thinking of cutting it now so i can use it properly. Material is good though. I’m a medium size 5’2 height and XS is quite just right with the extender but i couldn’t sit down as the corset is too long hence hurting my bust.. 😥
