These brush set was just what I needed because it came with so may brushes and a really good beauty blender. I just started out helping friends by doing their makeup for them occasionally. I did not want to use my personal brush set so I went on the hunt for some new backup brushes and I found these. These brushes were not expensive at all and would be great for a beginner. They are soft and definitely get the job done. I have had these brushes for a while now and I still use them today. I really like how they feel on my skin although they were affordable they didn't feel cheap on my skin. But, the thing I did not like was how the handles would disconnect from the brush at times. That can get really irritating in the middle of doing your makeup when the the brush slides off while applying your makeup. If they can make that part better this would be a great set of brushes that I would buy again.

I love this brush set. The brushes are all soft and work excellent. The bristles have not fallen out even after 4 years. The packaging is cute and it has not worn off yet. Only one of the brushes keeps having the metal top come apart from the black wooden stick but I just glue it back together. The sponge is dense and does not soak up a ton of foundation. I really like how sturdy the sponge is. I only wish this set came with a better varitey of brushes. The face brushes need more fluffy powder brushes instead of dense blush or contour brushes. The eye brushes need a few smaller ones for detail work. It would be easier for travel if the brush sticks were not so wide and dense.

These are great brushes! They feel so soft and look very pro for the price.When i first opened them they did have just a lil smell to them but not to bad. The sponge was the one that had a strong scent. I.m super glad it came in a pouch. Perfect for travel. I wish they would number the brushes. Be easier to figure which is which for a beginner. I.ve never really used brushes before besides a powder brush that was giving to me, so i had to stare at the tips for awhile and looking at the paper to figure what was what.There was definitely a difference with my liquid foundation. I have always used a sponge for that but using the flat brush was wooow. Got more coverage and didnt use as much. The sponge is ok. It does expand quite to a big size. Using it to put on liquid foundation wasn.t so great though. I felt it just soaked it up and didnt get as much on my face. So i use it to just blend my concealer instead.The powder brush is really good for people who use powder more than liquid. For me personal the powder brush is very packed together and if i used to much powder it would make my face very flakey and cakey. My mother though loves it since she uses powder n not liquid. She says it gave her more coverage. So i just gave it to her. Lol. I also use the blush brush to put on my bronzer and it blends great!I can.t say much about the eye brushes since i don.t put on eyeshadow.Overall these are really great brushes to have and glad I got them. Will definitely be recommending.

I just bought this as a Christmas gift for a friend and I wasn't really sure what to expect. Boy was I pleasantly surprised!First- the controversial smell factor. Honestly, it really isn't too bad. I washed the brushes right away with a brush shampoo and the smell went away. If you've ever ordered something that was delivered in plastic, it's the same smell. Nothing as dramatic as what some have put down.Second- washing. I immediately decided to wash these before I gifted them as soon as I put in the order. If the smell didn't come out, if it didn't retain shape or shed, it was getting returned. And honestly all the brushes held up well. Only one brush shed a tiny bit, nothing out of the ordinary. And they all retained the shape after drying out, which is a big win.Third- quality. Now obviously I can't speak to long term wear or use, which is why I will only give this 4 stars. But I will say that the brush in hand feels great. They are thick and feel weighty-- something I like in a brush. I can definitely keep a good grip. And the brush bristles are densely packed where they should be, so that's also a plus.I can't say I opened the sponge-- I wanted to keep it away from bacteria for my friend and preserve as much of the packaging as possible. But I pressed on it from within its plastic and I can say that it's super soft and snaps into shape quickly.And I think the company has listened to reviews on here because they included an info card about the brushes. Some reviews said they didn't get one.

This product was packaged well and everything was accounted for. I bought it in search of mostly the smaller brushes. The ones I've been using are kind of course and my eyes are sensitive. These brushes didn't disappoint in that realm! They are extremely soft smooth to the touch.The size is great and the handles are thick and easy to grip while using. A few of the brushes came with "longer" bristles, if you can tell in the picture, and I'm sure those few bristles will shed but otherwise, I was pretty rough swiping them to get any loose ones out and there didn't seem to be any shedding at all! Also pictured, one looked like it had gotten squeezed funky in the plastic, but the shape did improve after washing.Washing: yes. These brushes smell horrific at first and it is pungent. Before touching my face or any makeup with them, I soaked them in warm soapy water and actually refreshed the water twice before the smell got better, but it did! The sponge, however, was obviously very hard to clean and took a while to get the soap out.I haven't gotten to use all of the brushes yet, but at first impression, they seem eons better than my prior set, and I am excited to use them and update with more infortmation!

La verdad es que no pensaba que me fuesen a gustar tanto, soy esteticista y las uso mucho con mis clientas, y antes de usarlas con ellas las utilicé yo misma, y la verdad es que son buenecillas, a decir verdad tengo brochas mejores pero es como todo, la calidad precio está muy bien.Las prochas bienen en una bolsita negra, y la esponja en un plástico blanco. He lavado tanto la esponja como las brochas y he comprobado como se quedan al secarse, y me gusta el resultado, se deslizan muy bien al aplicar el maquillaje, de las pequeñas las que más uso son las que aparecen juntas en la foto, que utilizo para difuminar las sombras de ojos y hacen bien su trabajo.Las brochas son de pelo sintético, el mango es negro y por ahora no tiene pinta de que sea malo, la férula es dorada y se ve resistente, y como ya dije antes, el haz es de pelo sintétito, he tirado de él para comprobar si se le caen pelos, y no se caen, está muy bien pegados.Yo recomiendo estas brochas para alguien que esté empezando en el mundo del maquillaje y de la estética, para alguien con más experiencia, aconsejo que si pueden hacerse con otras lo haga, pero que estas hacen un apaño cuando se necesita y nunca vienen mal tener brochas de más.Las fotos se las eché antes de probar las brochas y la esponja.

My beauty blender has bit the dust and I needed a new one. I was spending a fortune on just the one so saw this full set of brushes with a free blender and was super excited.These brushes came in really nice packaging, the brushes have a lovely gold design with black handles. The actual bristles are very soft but apply make up and blend expertly.They wash very well and easy to clean.I liked how well I could hold the brushes without getting pains in my hands.Very easy to use and blended my eyeshadow with ease.The larger brushes are great for foundation, blush and also contour.Can use with cream, powder, pigment or liquid products.They are amazing value and just as good as expensive brushes.

The brushes are SO soft and they make your makeup look flawless. I bought this product mostly for the brushes as I don't have any current makeup brushes; the sponge was extra. The beauty blender I received had a small cut in it, was hard when dry and squidgy/squishy when wet. It felt like dough when wet and took over 24 hours to dry not like my Real Techniques sponge which dries overnight. I don't use the sponge often and if I do I use it dry. The large brushes are not extremely big but the quality and softness beats the size. The smaller brushes are also soft and blend concealer perfectly. My favourite brushes to use are the stippled brush and the tapered brush for my liquid foundation. I'm very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend these brushes to my friends. I'm giving this product 5 stars for the brushes (not the sponge) which is the main reason why I bought the product.

These brushes came in a nice drawstring pouch and included a piece of card detailing the different brushes and what to use them for - this is a great idea.The brushes have a quality look and feel about them with their black handles and gold ferrules. The bristles are very soft and fine which makes them very effective at applying make up evenly with no patches or streaks.A couple of the brushes had some bristles which were longer than the others instead of them all being flush which is why I haven't given these 5*Overall, very nice brushes to use though.

Impressed with delivery time as sooner than expected and packaged well. The brushes themselves are beautifully soft and made from vegetable matter which is important to me. The cone shaped sponge is a useful tool for shaping and blending. Having just purchased these brushes I have only used a couple of them and the sponge for a few days but they do come with a useful guide as to exactly what each brush is shaped for and its application which is helpful .Very satisfied with this product especially the reasonable "on offer"price.
