I like this product! I wanted to wait a couple weeks to write a review, and have to admit that this product really ready es the duration of the hot flashes. If I use it right when I feel it coming on, it works quickly to cool me off. I gave it four stars because my skin burned the first couple times, but I am getting used to it. My co-workers can smell the scent of the peppermint and lemon and know that I am having 'a moment."

I found this on Amazon. I tried other things but nothing works as well. I just spray or two times on the inside of my wrists when I get a hot flash and things start to cool right off. I do make sure it dries. You can spray other places on the body too at the same time if needed. I have had no problem with staining my skin or clothes. I would do a skin sensitivity the first time you use it. This way you know it is is right for you. I showed the bottle to my doctor and he had no problem with it.

I like the fragrance and it works pretty well, but it doesn't last very long and I think it is overpriced for the amount you get. It takes about 4 sprays each time and so after just a couple of weeks, I am almost through with the bottle. I won't order again because of the price. Friendly customer service.

I personally didn't buy this product for myself but I bought it for a friend. She has been suffering with menopause for years and has had no relief. So I wanted to find to something to help her. She has finally had relief from her symptoms because of this product. I am so happy for her. I recently bought another for my mom to see if it would help her. I highly recommend this product.

This is a very appeasing fragrance. I am waiting to see the long term results, but so far, so good for controlling my hot flashes. The bottle was so well packed in bubble wrap, pretty purple paper wrapping, inside a box of cushioned particles to prevent breakage. I highly recommend product and company for any future orders.

Doesn’t do a darn thing. Waste of money and $8 shipping.
