Highly recommended 😊
Our son has a muscular condition and he uses it as part of his physiotherapy regime. This would be excellent for rehabilitation exercise, the pedal resistance is really easy giving low impact exercise but resistance can be increased. 😊

Disappointed
Easy to set up and use, but I don't particularly recommend this equipment. The counter stops working after approximately 1200 'steps', resumably because it's overheated; I've taken to doing 1000 'steps' a few times a day.I had originally purchased this to use under my desk because I am still working from home full-time, and I wanted to use it whilst at work. However, unless you have a particularly high desk, your knees are guaranteed to whack the desk; I use it when taking breaks. The pedals don't seem particularly stable either; I have it on the setting for most resistance and they feel quite loose and squeak a fair bit.I believe this will suit some people, but if you are hoping to use it to do, say, 5000 steps in one hit, you'll be very disappointed.

Avoid, absolutely awful.
This exercise machine is woefully inadequate and unfit for purpose. It is of poor construction quality, wobbling and squeaking in use from the start. The control panel looks cheap and tacky and is as basic as they come. The resistance on the machine is feeble even when the control nob is tightened as hard as possible. The thing also slides about on the floor in use even when on carpet. I had to use it with it wedged up against a wall to keep it from sliding away. It's even so wobbly that it almost flips over sideways with the force of peddling.Only an invalid would get a worthwhile workout on this. A child could peddle it on maximum all day if it didn't fall apart in the meantime. Even 'peddling' the machine with one's hands would barely provide a workout. Totally unfit for purpose. At least the seller refunded without quibble. Addendum: The seller is currently refusing to repay the £9 postage cost to return the product.

Very Useful
I’m happy with it and the price. I like it because it does the job; simple to assemble; easy to storage without folding it up, I just push it under my armchair. Best to use on a mat (e.g. yoga mat) to prevent movement.Reason for buying: I have low mobility and I use it to exercise my arms and legs. I recommend this for anyone looking for something simple and useful with reasonable price.

Great little exerciser.
Lovely little exerciser. I had a problem with the LCD display but it was sorted to my satisfaction so can recommend. Pretty sturdy and doesn’t move when in use and very easy to fold to put away. I’m very pleased with it.

Great little exercise bike.....
Great value and delivered quickly. However it would have been good to know that the metal on the pedals heat up. I didn't realise and touched the hot metal....... needs to be put on the exercise bike somewhere
