Love to do it myself.
Used on natural slate tile. Had to rig up a cheap old wet tile saw because it wouldn't fit on my big one, but once I got that figured out it did a great job. It only leaves a ridge if you have it set too high for the saw deck surface you lay your tile on. I was very pleased with the results.

Wasn't what I needed after all
Did an okay job, but not what I needed. It wasn't the correct size, I needed at least 8". I over came that, but it's very hard with my saw to get a completely straight cut, and the results with my work around were marginal. If it were the right size and everything else worked out the finish is as expected.

Nice Idea - terrible design
I purchased this item for my contractors. First, it doesn't create a bullnose edge. If you're lucky, it will cut a sharp 90 degrees followed by a bullnose edge which is basically a countertop Dupont edge. Since it's a 6" wheel (instead of a 7" wheel), it sits too high and never reaches the tile. Of course you can elevate the tile, but then you lose your guides--if not your fingers--because at the required height, there is no way of bracing the tile against the guides. This wheel wouldn't install on the wet saw that has the blade coming up from the bottom because it's too wide for the slot. I think with a better design they could be onto something here. First, it needs to be a 7" wheel for 7" wet saws. Second, it needs to be designed to provide a true bullnose.

Good cutter
Used this blade on granite tile. I bought this so the bull noses would be uniform from tile to tile. The cut wandered a bit going across the 12 inch tile, but with a little practice, I could get them straight.

This is a great profile wheel
All you one-star-reviewers are idiots. This is a great profile wheel. Cuts fast, and has some serious longevity. Yes, it's more coarse than some, but the fine-grit blades cut REALLY SLOW... This one is FAST. Buy it. It's great.

Great Idea but few arbors are the length required to pass through and properly secure. IMHO the center 3 inches should be inset. If your wet saw can accommodate a dado blade then this could work for you!

Saved me a ton of money
It's really easy to bullnose your own tile with this profile wheel. I bullnosed about 50 linear feet of porcelain tile with no problem. After a few practice runs I had it down to a 2 pass cut on each piece. Local shops wanted $15/linear foot - so this was a no brainer.
