I have taken this Multivitamin for several months now and they do not upset my stomach when I take them! I believe they are benefiting my overall wellness!

Works super IMHO. I was looking for something more on the 'organic' and 'natural' side of the vitamin game. While the mere act of taking a pill is quite unnatural (to the biological body, not speaking of society), there is hope they will serve one well to consume. There is always much debate however (pills / no pills, multivitamin or not.) There is however, one solid thing I can say about this product for myself -- it has helped. I feel a greater sense of energy and balance. Presumably, it may never be a good idea to take anything without a specific clinical need -- I can certainly say these work well in my instance. Everyone is an individual with unique needs so my review would not mean you will thing they are the best thing since sliced bread perhaps. Given the ingredients are what I would expect in a multivitamin, I am completely satisfied with this product. The price may not be the best but it is fair compared to what others are able to get folks to fork over the money so consider it as good as any in the $$ arena. I am not an expert so from an organic/natural aspect I am sure there are others that could prove this product is not as good as I believe it to be. Overall, I believe I will be buying these again; but under the assumption I am also never really eating a perfectly balanced meal in the 1st place.

Been taking this brand of supplement for nearly 20 years and while I've strayed to try other " new and improved " supplements, none have come close. This is derived from REAL FOOD, there are no synthetic vitamins in this product and that is important to note. There is no need to put in the gigantic percentages that other brands do because your body absorbs these Mega Food vit/min more completely. This is a very high quality product that really has set the gold standard that all other supplements must try to meet and has a pinnacle reputation within the health conscious community. Yes they are more expensive but you get what you pay for here.. if you try to go on the cheap and buy store brand vitamins/minerals your just wasting your money and causing grief to your digestive tract and kidneys/liver. I've been involved with athletics pretty much all my life in one way or another so supplementation has always been a part of it and I haven't found/tried a better all around one a day vitamine /mineral supplement. When I stop taking them for awhile or try a different brand and then return to Mega Food, within a week I can tell the difference. This is a quality american company that takes great pride and care in delivering a product thats beneficial to your health first and foremost. I am not an employee or paid reviewer although I should be..lol...I've turned a bunch of friends on to this company and all have been more than satisfied. Just a note.. their Blood Builder supplement is wonderful for people needing an iron supplement. My mom needed iron and theirs was the only one that didnt cause stomach problems for her.

A friend told me about this and they were right. I used to feel very lethargic but from the first day of taking this supplement, I got a major boost. It just provided what my body was missing. I'm able to handle a much longer commute than I thought possible. It's also easy on the tummy with very little food in the morning. Buch better product than similar offerings.

Yup. There are real multivitamins and like I said in my headline, vitamins aren't medicine but they do ward off certain things. Like winter colds, possibly fatigue, poor nutrition, etc. I've been taking vitamins all my life and I'm almost 50 and I feel great. Good luck.
