These two architects which jointly run the firm Olson Kundig create some of the most exceptional works of architecture you can imagine. Their vision and style is something to truly be admired. This book features beautiful photography and simple write-ups about many of the works of Tom Kundig. This is the first book I've bough exclusively featuring the work of Tom Kundig and I have to say I was pleased and am happy I made the purchase.

This is a fabulous, large format monograph on a truly unique American architect. Sixteen projects are shown with locations from Seattle and Washington state, California, Hawaii, Pennsylvania and NYC. Wow. All of the projects are beautifully photographed, depicted with site plans, floor plans, building sections and sometimes conceptual sketches. This is the perfect book for anyone interested in Modern Residential Architecture. Tom Kundig is at the top of his field and has developed a wonderful, warm and inviting yet minimal style. I study this volume each day and see something new every time. LOVE THIS BOOK!!!

This is sheer architecture porn for geeky people. Kundigs work is amazing and bold. There is tons of detail with the photos, the floorplans nad theory to each house that he shares.Sadly, we are not in the income bracket for a Kundig house. The upside is that we can freely steal ideas and dream of doing some of the things on a much smaller and lower budget scale than anything in this book.Really enjoyed it. IF you like modern cutting edge architecture, this is for you!

pictures are out of this world. Quality of the book is on par with the pictures. Writing is not overbearing and is a nice addition to the photos.

Perfect for research.

Perfect blend of projects, stunning photography, sketches and perhaps most importantly reflections and stories from the architect himself on the projects, process and people behind it all. Reminds me of the first ever Tom Kundig Houses where we fell in love with the work. Tom Kundig Works is the best of the collection.

This a very well produced book, providing a good overview of Tom Kundig’s recent work (mostly 2012-2015), with high quality photos, hand drawn sketches and good descriptions. Would thoroughly recommend.

This is quite an amazing book. The work of Tom Kundig is some of the best architectural work happening in the US right now and the book manages to convey this incredible quality really well. Photography is amazing, balancing what very often are powerful landscapes with carefully crafted architectural work. Alongside pictures are drawings, plans and sketches which help to further understand the creative process. Printing quality is very high and the size of the book makes it for a very enjoyable journey into architecture.

Great collection of creative work by Tom Kundig. Includes clear multi view sketches and floor plans which makes it great for case studies.
