A very light running shoes. The sole seems to be firm for first touch and feel firm when you walking, however, the running is very confortable. Very good ankle support, the padding is soft and quite low, so no rubbing around the maleolus. To me, it was a little bit tight at the metatarsal bones but it has gone after a first few wearing. The fabric is breathable, good quality, thin for winter run, design is solid, no reflective features, the sole is good for even a bit of off road running as well. Shoeslaces tight good. Overall it is a very good road running shoes for 2-10K occassional running. Highly recommended for occassional or first time runners.

I was advised for running to go a size up so your tie don’t rub against the end of the shoe and I’m glad I did because I have a tiny amount of room but so defo recommended that I think had I of gone for my normal size it would of been a different review! But they are so light, super comfy and don’t look horrendous I’m just starting running so also giving great support!

I bought these for commuting to work rather than working out - they are very narrow and are shorter than my other Asics shoes in same size. I’ve kept them as they are ok for what I need - but if buying again would need a size up again ( and this was already a size up on my shoe size). I would suggest avoiding if you have broad feet

I bought these to start running during lockdown.They are a great fit and were completely comfortable from first wear. My feet feel cushioned and supported and I could walk for miles in them.The design is nice too - very stylish.

I love these trainers! I bought half a size larger based on other reviews and they fit perfectly. I’ve worked out in them, been on long walks and not had any discomfort. They are nice and light and allow your feet to breathe. Would recommend.

These shoes are good quality and appealing to look at, unfortunately I had a problem with sizing. I am a size 7 UK in nearly all shoes, however not in these, I recommend getting a size up from what you normally are if you intend on getting them. If you have wider feet, your toes will likely get squashed. I found that these shoes were far more snug than a regular size 7 and from wearing them on several occasions, just for the occasional walk, my toenail became very bruised and is now pretty damaged. I dread to think what it would be like had I attempted vigorous exercise in them... This might have been due to my determination and hope that they would stretch out, since some shoes do take some breaking in, but it was not to be and now I imagine I've worn them too many times to send back. Hopefully this review helped someone, as my nail has been damaged for months now and I'm just waiting for it to grow out or fall off... sorry for the image!

Needed some new running trainers but on a tight budget. I always have Karrimor but was struggling to find any I could afford in my size so opted to try these and have not been disappointed. I am a size 8 so after reading reviews went for 8.5 and they fit perfect. Went for my first 5 mile run in them on Monday and they were so comfy. Would highly recommend.

I love the look and feel of these and have received compliments on them. I am not a runner but have had Asics in the past when I was and loved them. I now just need a good, supportive walking shoe as I've developed arthritis in in a knee and foot. I read conflicting reviews here and on other sites about the fit of these, most stating they run small, and I'd agree with those comments. I wear a consistent size 8 with all other shoes, and they did feel too snug and tight at first. I decided to wear them a few days and give them a chance before exchanging for another size. They loosened up a bit and fit perfectly now., and I'm happy I kept them, though I would have liked to try on a 1/2 size bigger just to see how it compared.
