Great quality chair, very comfortable and easy assembled (about 15 mins) We purchased 4 of these chairs for our office. They arrived very quickly. We purchased these as some complained about back issues with our old seats & these ones give great support and seating position with adjustable back support head rest etc. They are of very good quality and build, they where a little low for our taller staff so we contacted customer support to see if they could advise on anything. They were brilliant, replied straight away and advised they could send out a higher gas lifter free of charge. We received these a few days later, fitted them and they did the job perfectly. Everyone is more than happy with there new chair. We can not fault these chairs or the level of support that was offered and delt with from SIHOO. Best customer support we have ever had! Would definitely recommend these office chairs.

It's massively better than Songmic Office Chair Ergonomic OBN52BKUK, which I bought for the spare room (although one might expect all these things are built in the same warehouse and designed by the same people). Like that, the Sihoo is limited and a tad flimsy around the arms, but overall, unlike the Songmic, it's overall a more comfortable sitting upright experience. The rollerblade-style wheels, which I'd never seen before on a chair, are of particular note: combined with the chair being fairly light, it's very easy to move around, it's like gliding, even on carpet. Ultimately, it is a cheap office chair, you go into it not expecting the best build quality, but to its credit it has decent lumbar support (far better than the Ikea Markus it replaced, and the Songmics), and just as crucially, a semblence of a headrest with a decent range of movement, which the Songmics lacks entirely. Frankly, I've used far, far worse chairs in professional offices back in the Before Times. Build is pretty easy, and the package includes a spare of everything, and an actually useful allen key with a big grip. I'm hanging on to that for future reference. My only real negative, even at this price point, is that while the back recline options are limited to two additional fixed positions as may usually be the case in these types of chair, neither of them feel right: even the 2nd position is a too far back for my taste, especially given the seat reclines with it, so it lifts your feet off the floor and you have to reduce the height, which is awkward as both are controlled by a single, dual-function lever. Still, for £136, and knowing the mesh will inevitably be torn to shreds by the cat in a few years, as happened to the Markus—hence why I can't risk even a second-hand Aeron—I don't think you'll be disappointed. Have low expectations, it will beat them easily.

I purchased this chair in 2022 whilst searching for an ergonomic office chair with skate-style wheels, as I had read at the time that this type of wheel causes less damage to carpets. Three years on, in 2025, it still looks as good as new with no issues whatsoever with any component. The comfort, durability, and appearance are all exceptional. Due to the nature of my work, I spend many hours at my desk, yet I've never experienced a sore neck or back thanks to this chair's excellent ergonomic design. Recently, I contacted Customer Services after my headrest was damaged during a house move by the removal company. Despite the 3-year warranty having just expired, they kindly offered to send me a replacement headrest free of charge, which demonstrates their amazing customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction beyond the warranty period. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone seeking a quality, long-lasting office chair with exceptional after-sales support that goes above and beyond expectations.

VERY quick shipment. The delivery took only 4 days Instead of 12 – 21 as the delivery notification indicated. Very easy to assemble. Expect 30 minutes and you can take it easy. Mount the parts in a large place and then move the finished chair where you want it in two parts, bottom part and top, it is quite easy. The chair is quite comfortable with the nice lumber support as a plus. The slope of the backrest did not work at first, the latch had locked in on position. After some trickery, it let go and now it works. The only negative thing is that it cannot be raised any more. I’m 190+ cm and think it is in the too low even fully raised. I'll will try to find wheels that are higher, would need 5 cm extra. How it lasts over time is hard to say but the construction is robust and well made so I have good hope.

Veramente ottima sedia, acquistata per la seconda volta, in quanto la prima l'ho veramente sfondata a forza di usarla. Non riesco a trovarle un difetto, le ruote girano perfettamente anche dopo anni d'utilizzo, struttura solida, comoda, ergonomica e TRASPIRANTE, in quanto la uso anche d'estate, cosa che la pelle per ovvi motivi non può fare, perfetta in tutto. Usata per il mero gaming e per qualsiasi altro utilizzo con pc, dallo studio al lavoro, fino allo sdraiarsi e guardarsi un film. La prossima sedia che acquisterò sarà sempre di questa marca, ma il modello dopo di questa, che sembra aver migliorato ancora di più una sedia già perfetta così.

For the price of this, you wouldn't get a better chair. It's solid and it has features that you usually only find on more premium chairs. The pros: - The wheel base is metal (even the wheel brackets themselves are metal) - The wheels are the same as what you find on roller blades. they're very good quality, very silent and smooth when moving around - The padding on the seat is thick and comfortable. I've had it for a good few months now and I work mostly from home and it didn't go out of shape - The reclining options are good. you can lock it into a reclined position or leave it open. you can then adjust the tension from underneath for how much weight / force it takes to recline - When you do recline, the back reclines more than the seat so it feels more natural. the arms are attached to the seat base so they move with the seat (not the back) - The arms can adjust up or down The cons: - There is a lumbar support on it which doesn't have much padding. luckily you can adjust it, so I have it back fully and don't notice it there. - It would be nice to have more adjustment on the arm rests. It can be put up or down, and the padding of the rests are shaped so your forearms won't slip off. The problem is that they don't turn, so when you're typing or using a mouse, the padding on the armrests don't feel too comfortable. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5
