Big gray box in front that's not in the original ! :(

Pretty much looks similar to the original painting by one among the greatest painters of the Renaissance period. Hanged this on my kitchen wall the other day and it made it look more appealing.

This is a PHOTOGRAPH of the original in the church Maria de la Grazie in Milan, Italy. And while the grey box is not part of Da Vinci’s original painting, it is sadly a real part of it where time has damaged the original wall and could not be restored. I know because I visited the mural last year and have countless pics on my phone

The image is squished horizontally than the painting. You'll notice it when you look at the window and other objects that involve straight lines. Like another user mentioned, it is not canvas wrapped. Quick solution for this is to paint the ends a rich brown.
