Best price and value
Best price and value for these little lifesavers. If you can have one item in a survival situation - this is it. It provides heat (your body heat trapped) and shelter to keep you dry. Even more important than matches if you find yourself stranded. They unfold into a large blanket, big enough to wrap completely around an adult or maybe two if you aren't both XXL people. Keep one in each glove box and another in a survival kit or in your pocket.

Cheap mylar sheet conveniently packaged for emergencies
These "blankets" are very thin mylar sheets that are great to have around if you're cold. I'd consider them a single use item unless you're really careful with them. They're cheap enough though so I can easily stash them anywhere they may come in handy in the future. They come nicely individually wrapped and folded in a way that you'll never be able to reproduce. If used correctly, they retain body heat very well and are great to use if you ever get caught out in the cold, need some extra insulation on the couch, or want to cover up a drafty window.

Seems good.
I haven't used one of these I purchased yet. But I have used these type of emergency blankets before. For emergencies, hunting, camping, fishing, ice fishing, etc. And also when I was in the military, on an Emergency Services Team and Search&Rescue. Here in Michigan, when I lived out by the Rocky Mountains, in Wyoming and up in Alaska out in the wilderness and tundra. They have come in very handy and saved lives. I always try to carry at least one in my pocket. And a few in my vehicles. And I've given them to everybody. To carry on them or in their vehicles. My Wife and daughter and wifes sister and my sister all carry them in their purses. You just never know when you might need one.

Tissue paper thin...
Very light weight, single use.......this is a disposable reflective sheet of very thin mylar that started to tear as soon as we were wrapped up in it, and once a tear starts it continues across the material. Would/could this item save you from hypothermia? Perhaps it could, but if you wanted to use it for a period of time you would need to really treat it with kid gloves.Calling it an 'Emergency Thermal Blanket' is being particularly generous....in fact, referring to it as any kind of 'Blanket' is really a stretch. IMHO

These things are great to keep on hand
These things are great to keep on hand. My wife does half marathons and it really helps her to put her legs up after a race. I can quickly unfold one of these so she has a clean place to lay down to get her legs up. She and our daughter-in-law have also taken them on cold race mornings to wrap them selves up to keep warm, or just have a clean place to sit while waiting for the race to start. The price is low enough that they can just toss them when the race starts without feeling guilty or wasteful.
