10 Japanese Cherry Blossom Bonsai Seeds - Flowering Sakura Bonsai Seeds

None have sprouted for me yet, but all the other products I have gotten from these guys have been incredible, so I’m still very hopeful to get some growth

They never sprouted.

Tried every trick in the book to give these seeds best chance to sprout. Cold stratification for 40 days, scraped seed shell, planted in good moist soil outdoors in warm weather. After 2 months was ready to give up and surprisingly one seed just popped out of the soil overnight, literally overnight. Next couple of days the sprout grew leaves and about an inch tall. Then noticed in another pod one more seed is working its way up. Very surprised. Only planted 8 seeds. 6 more in refrigerator giving them 3 month cold stratification. But it appears it was not necessary.

Only 1 had germinated. Well at least there's one that's growing. Hopefully this will grow continually and healthy.

Not a single one has sprouted after months and months. I tried various methods. Soak for days and into soil under a grow light. Months of cold stratification in the fridge in damp cloth, cold stratification in the fridge in container with water, different soils, distilled water, nicking the seeds, sanding the seeds ..... I tried every trick in the book on seeds in batches and NOTHING has even sprouted.

I have read the reviews here and researched on the suggested stratification. Although the seller did not mentioned soaking the seeds in water, I did so based on videos who have experimented different ways of stratification. After 48 hours in water, some seed sprouted. I sprayed them with fungicide before placing in damp napkin and refrigeration. I will update this review as it goes along. Hoping for the best

This is the second time I buy from this seller and it has 60 days to sprout but i placed it in the fridge for over 90days way more than… and only one sprouted. I am giving a second try now.

I seriously thought it was a rip-off but I accidentally chipped a quarter of the shell off instead of sanding it down with a little hole and just tried it and I have one growing now. The other ones I only sanded a little hole in did not grow, however. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to grow this tree. I planted 4 seeds total and the 4th one worked that I over chipped with nail clippers. And do not be alarmed if the seeds look different because there are a ton of different types of cherry blossom trees.
