More comfortable then other sleeves that end at upper arm.
Found this sleeve much more comfortable and didn't band at upper arm like others I've tried. A bit binding after wearing for awhile in the armpit of the opposite arm but if being worn for just a single mastectomy would probably not have that problem. Good quality and compression.

TOO SMALL
My bicep measures 13" but I ordered a XL. I could not get in over my bicep. Whole thing was so tight it cut off circulation.

Easy to Use
Easy to pull on while still giving the compression and support I needed. The soft grip at the top of the sleeve made it so I didn't need the support strap, but the strap was also easy to arrange.This also helped ease my recovery https://amzn.to/3Y2zWc0

Otherwise it is great.
prefer with the semi glove, keeps from having wrist band which causes me too much itching. Otherwise it is great.

Way too small for swelled arm I'm going to take it apart and insert a piece of elastic in it rather than return it
