Q: Water doesn’t stay cold nearly as long as my other steel bottle. 2” ice cubes melt w/in 3 hrs. Defective? Or common for this brand steel bottles?

I use 1/3 to 1/2 ice and cold liquid and at room temperature or more it’s still icy cold 24 hrs latter. More commonly I refill with cold water throughout the day and have ice for 12 hrs. Better than other bottles I’ve used.
