Composite coating came right off the bed
I've been using high build plate temperatures to get my prints working well with PETG. Anything lower and the PETG doesn't stick at all. After two days of experimenting I finally got the prints to stick and come out well. I let the bed cool so they'd pop off naturally, and they're taking the "composite coating" off the bed with them. If you want a glass bed, don't get one with this horrible, worthless coating on it. It doesn't improve adhesion and just ruins prints.----Update: Now giving it 5 stars. The seller replaced the bed without question. Before this happened I continued to use the unharmed parts of the bed, and the coating kept coming off. So with the new bed, I just flipped it over and used the bare glass side. This seems to work well. One tip - part of the idea of the glass is to flatten out any curvature from the metal bed. But this only works if you use 3 clips on the glass, and not 4. A plane is defined by 3 points. If you use more clips than this, it'll just curve the glass bed with the metal one. With 3 you might find a couple of the corners have a small gap under them, but that's generally ok.

Game changer
This glass bed plate is great. I’m having 0 issues with sticking. Will definitely tell a friend.

My prints stick TOO much now
This is a magical printbed. My prints used to have trouble with first-layer adhesion... now I have the opposite problem: I have trouble getting them OFF the printbed! Make sure you clean this with alcohol or warm water & soap frequently or else you may have adhesion problems. And try not to touch the surface with your bare hands either (to keep body oils off of it). Make sure you let the printbed cool ALL the way down before trying to remove your print otherwise you might ruin the surface (the part might pull off the grippy surface). The surface works by getting more grippy with more heat.

Some adhesion issues
I've had difficulties with this plate, but it can easily be my fault. I've tried increasing the temp and using alcohol to clean it, but I've still had adhesion problems. But I would still recommend giving it a try, its easy to install and worth giving a try since most people have success. It does hold heat well since its glass, but you may need to heat it up longer than usual at the beginning. I will probably give it another try if my original plate fails again.

Amazing!
Was struggling with the bed that came with the printer and this bed made everything so much easier with adhesion

No need for glue. 60° bed heat and ~10mm/s first layer speed works great
Good adhesion if you keep it clean and slow down the initial layer print speed to around 10mm/s. No need for glue. My ender 3 bed is warped, and this bed helps solve that problem by providing a very flat surface that is very even all around. Just make sure to raise the z endstop because this is significantly thicker than the stock plate. Prints come right off when the plate cools!

Perfect replacement
Prints adhere much better to the glass bed - Remember to re-adjust your stopper one upgrading the bed, or else you'll destroy your nozzle, and possible the bed!

Not flat. Despite repeated levelling has areas that drop out.
Very disappointed. Thought this would be an upgrade to the magnetic plate that came with my Ender 3 V2 Neo but despite every effort at manual levelling and auto levelling this plate has areas that drop out so it's very difficult to get a first layer to adhere consistenly for the whole print unless its a print that's mostly in the center. Switched back to the original magnetic plate and was able to set it back up and the first try printed great with no drop out. You'd think that a glass plate would be very flat but this one definitely isnt.
