I've tried lots of wireless buds, with varying degrees of success/failure. I may have finally ended my search.First up, the sound. Excellent. I felt it was a little "bass light" at first but I switched to a larger ear bud and it sorted it. Masses of deep bass, not so crazy on the treble, for me, perfect.Next, the ANC. Same problem as the bass. Was OK till I switched to the larger bud and it's very good now. Drowned out most of the lawnmower and when I used them on the bus, the background chatter was minimal.The fit is where I always seem to struggle. My ears just don't suit buds. I can't wear the award winning XM3s by Sony because of this. But these, have a "wingtip" and they stay put. End of. They also have a few different sizes to suit everyone. Quite simply the most secure fitting earbuds I've used.You'll need the Sony Connect app to get the most out of the functionality. I have mine controlling volume on the left and playback controls on the right. The app also has the equaliser to tailor the sound to you. You can also control the amount of ANC you want.The battery life is excellent. Easily 9hrs with ANC on and the case holds another charge. Build quality is everything you've come to expect from a brand like Sony.These are very good earphones. Set up right, the sound is top drawer. Recommended.

These are my first bud style earphones, and overall I am very happy with them.Sony provide a headphone app to set them up, but it isn't necessary if you just want a quick Bluetooth pairing out of the box. I would recommend using the app though as it unlocks quite a few features, as well as eq settings.The outer surfaces of each earbud are touch enabled and a combo of tap, double tap or hold allow you to perform a range of functions such as play/pause or skip etc. Generally it works fine but I do have two issues:It is too easy to trigger them when putting them in, causing your settings to be potentially messed with.You can alter what they do in the app but it isn't very flexible. The settings come as predefined groups and you can't mix and match. For example, I find the 'hold to hear the outside world' option really useful, but the easy cycle through noise cancelling modes awkward. Because they are in the same group you can't have one without the other.Battery life has generally been excellent, especially with the charging provided by the case. Even with noise cancelling on I generally get through a week of commutes. The case is very large though (compared to the apple equivalent) - it won't be going in your watch pocket!Fit has been good (I've been using them with the attachments as fitted, but the same comes with several sizes). I haven't tried running in them yet but nothing feels like it is going to come out.However, the all important bit - sound quality - can't really be faulted. Straight away they have a sound as good as a decent pair of wired earphones. Tweak them with the app and it can be even better. They are never going to have the response, or bass, of full size headphones but then these are a totally different product.Overall, would recommend. Would be spot in with a couple of design tweaks.

Sound pretty good, I've heard better sounding headphones but they sound much better than your standard headphones you'll get with your phone.The best part is the noise cancelling and battery life.I used to work 12 hour shifts on a bottling line at a brewery, the noise is Crazy loud from the machines and to add to that a lot of my colleagues would play awful music on huge speakers too.I had a pair of big noise cancelling drummer headphones but they make my head feel hot.Other in ears were uncomfortable for that period of time and would die.These were the best for battery life, sound and comfort as well as noise cancelling all mixed into one. Nothing better to combine all those things, especially not at this price point.I also use them at the gym and for running so couldn't get the other Sony option which although had better noise cancelling did not have the wing tips or water resistance I needed for work and running to keep them in my ear and not damaged from moisture.Honestly one of the best purchases I have made on a product, really happy with them, hope they last me a long time because I still see nothing on the market close to them.Well done Sony.

The Sony WF-SP800N ear buds fit well into the ear, with all the range of provided accessories, although fitting both the Silicone Rubber Earbuds, and especially the Arc Supporters to the WF-SP800N was exceptionally difficult and very fiddly. The ear buds reproduce sound very well, especially the clear base notes! The Noise Cancelling function of the Sony WF-SP800N is very poor and almost non existent, even in a quiet area with only a few distant voices?? The Sony Headphone App, is a bit clunky, and not too intuitive to use!I have returned these earbuds to Sony, who have diagnosed that they are faulty from new, but they will not replace them, only repair a new product, under their Terms & Conditions?? I am still waiting for this repair? Sony Service is appalling!! DO NOT BUY SONY.

Ottime, le adoro. La musica si sente benissimo. Sono necessari alcuni tentativi prima di trovare la taglia giusta (S, M o L) per le proprie orecchie. Le uso per correre e non mi sono mai cadute.Unici contro: i bassi sono alti e non trovo perfettamente equilibrato il suono tra destra e sinistra.Le consiglio.

Hallo meine Damen und Herren,ich hatte schon mal gute Earbuds, doch so welche noch nie!Sauberer Klang in jeder Genre und ich höre viel verschiedene Musik😁.Dieses Headset reagiert auf die kleinsten Equalizer Einstellungen 👍, Bass, wie die Höhen werden nicht überteuert und klingen nicht künstlich oder wie aus einer Blechdose.Bin begeistert, da hat Sony in diesem Preissegment was richtig gutes geschaffen!Eine Kritik, 360° Sound funktioniert nicht wirklich, finde ich, oder ich bin dafür nicht empfänglich😜
