Product replace old one perfect, delivery was on time

Item received broken so doesn’t work
The milk frother lid was received with a broken clip so the milk container will not attach. The broken part was not in the package so I suspect it was sent out damaged or has previously been returned. As it doesn’t work I cannot give it more stars
