superb hot choc
Best hot chocolate I've ever tasted!! you use 25g per mug and 250ml milk with 25 ml of water to make the paste. I 've made with just water as recommended but prefer milk.After you boil milk, put some in a bodum cafetiere and pump handle. an amazing thick frothy is made which can be stirred in and served in an oversized mug.
