Complete Piece of Garbage
The first one I got was broken out of the box but must have slipped through QA. I called the customer service phone number and had a free replacement less than a week later. The replacement functioned as advertised (or so I thought). I've only used it a handful of times but so far it's working well.Update: I used it again and it stopped working. The customer service is great but that doesn’t make up for the price of trash that this product is. I will never be purchasing from this company again and I will strongly recommend everyone I know to stay away. This stopped working on the job for no reason and cost me several hours that I did not have. I’ve never been so upset, so dissatisfied, so disappointed in a product i purchased from Amazon.

Lost pressure after first time
Lost pressure after only one use! Read instructions nothing worked

Broke after 30 crimps
Worked fine 30 times, then would not build pressure to crimp. A real piece of junk that I had for only 30 days, and now cannot return or exchange. Total waste of $130.00.
