Q: Does the cream have a new packaging? It looks different (purple) and I'm concerned it's fake.

It´s definitely not fake. While the labels for the wipes and liquid soap remained the same, the label for tubes of Ichybum cream was changed a fwe years ago to a blue (or purple-ish) color. You can continue to use Ichybum cream two to three times daily (including when you go to sleep) as required while the symptoms persist. Typically it takes no longer than a week. Thereafter you only need to use it as/when the condition flares. In addition to using the cream it also assists enornously if you only use fragrance/alcohol free soaps on the affected area.
