Awesome bike for a 4 year old
My 4 year old got the sx350 for Christmas and loves it. He was already very confident balancing, pedaling, and hand braking on a regular bike, so this came easy.Sizing: It’s definitely suited to a smaller kid. My 10 year old has the sx500 and that’s more appropriate for his age. Highly recommend for a small kid who is already confident on a bike.Note to parents: Get something electric of your own to keep up with your kid. You don’t wanna try to pedal a bike behind them to keep up unless you’re looking to do some serious cardio work.We paired this bike with a bell sanction nitro circus helmet for cool style and complete face coverage. A must for little ones going fast.

Great little dirtbike
Perfect for our 5 year old to learn on. Easy to assemble, easy for him to ride. Good bike to get experience on before trying a real, gas dirtbike.Battery lasts for at least an hour. He gets tired before the battery dies.

Coolest Kid on the Block
My son took to this bike very quickly. He has been riding it since he was 4 years old and has been the coolest kid on the block every since he got it. We take it to events, camping, etc. and most kids ask him if they can ride it because it is a fantastic bike.

The 350 is great (the 125 requires upgrades)
Our soon to be 6 year old got the SX350 and it does great on pavement and grass even with the sealed lead acid batteries. Torque could be better, but it's great for the price. Get yourself a set 12ah lifepo4 batteries when the lead acid get weak.We also bought a SX125 for our son who just turned 4. If he were taller the MX350 would be better because the SX125 is unusable anywhere except concrete or hardpack dirt. We have short grass on hard pack and the SX125 needs a push to get going and if you let off the throttle it will stall again. Unless it will be exclusive road use you will need to over volt it with a 18v battery setup. The next step from there is a 24v setup (which requires a new controller, ideally the variable throttle version).

It's a good battery option
The front plastic fender was cracked new in the box, installed it anyways. Quick assembly took maybe 5 mins. Battery life could be better, I will look into upgrading them. The throttle is not great, it's either full on or off. It's also a pinch point for kids that aren't wearing gloves.

So far, so good.
Only took about 15 mins to assemble. We've had it since xmas and it's still going strong. Charges pretty quick and charge seems to last about 25 mins of hard riding. Very easy to ride. Good size for average size kids 6 to 9, maybe 10.

Awesome
We got this for my three year old who is of average size. The bike itself is pretty fast for his age so we got training wheels and its absolutely perfect. I will say it’s pretty small for kids over the age of 8. Id say ages 4-8 is perfect.
