- PERFECT FOR COCKTAILS - We use 8-year-old organic Espadin Agave from the Oaxaca State in Mexico to create Mezcal Verde. Its complex, balanced taste comes from our carefully curated cooking process. The Master Mezcaleros use 3 different types of wood – Pine Tree, Holm Oak and Pepper Tree – to create our signature smokey flavour and ripe peach and grass notes.

- CARING FOR THE ENVIRONMENT - Our agaves are organically grown by small, sustainable producers before moving onto a 100% natural fermentation process, with no added chemicals. Preserving our culture and industry with integrity is our priority – we invest 10% of our net profits into ecological and social sustainability programmes. We also replant 10 agaves for every one plant we harvest to help protect Mexico’s flora and fauna.
