Worked perfectly to mate an antenna to transmitter
Dislikes: none.Likes: worked perfectly to mate an antenna to my FN transmitter.I have an FM transmitter that has a BNC female connector, but I had a magnetic mount antenna that had an SMA threaded male connector, this SMA to Male BNC connectir allowed me to mate and use this telescopic FM antenna with my transmitter. Mated perfectly with the SMA based antenna, and allowed me to use it with an older FM transmitter that works much better than the new FM transmitter I had purchased that came with this antenna.Yes, I would definitely recommend these adapters, worked perfectly, mated securely, and allowed me to use a much better antenna than the original rubber ducky antenna.

Tight fit, no signal loss, radio antenna extender
First and foremost, the product works as intended. I needed an adapter for the antenna on my handheld work radio, and this did the job superbly. Tight fit and no slop. The only issue I have with it is the SMA does not seem to screw on as far as I expected it to, thus the full threaded part of the antenna is not covered. Since this is an external radio antenna attached to my back, I only worry that rain might be able to soak into the connection. A little tape or shrink wrap would solve the concern, so I’m still happy with the purchase, as I see no signal loss, and it does hold it tightly enough that it doesn’t loosen up on its own, and the fit is tight enough to cause me little worry about it coming apart.

Great little change for my Anytone 878
I was worried about the stock SMA connector on my Anytone 878, as I change the antenna often (to use a roof mounted mobile antenna in the car), but using these adapters, I am now able to quickly swap to the mobile antenna without worry of damage to the delicate SMA connector. (you need the corresponding SMA to BNC adapter that fits on the radio as well, search for ASIN B00CVQK466)
