It will do the job at a fraction of the price
It's clearly made in china and the price reflected that value. The item does have some imperfections and some touch up paint. Expected for the price. It item should work in a case that I need it. Item is solid and I do t see any issues with it other than what was noted. Would buy again as it's a functional item.

These are great if you already have some soft shackles.
So I have two 4x4s with a recovery kit in each. Each kit I bought a Overland ring and soft shackle combo. The soft shackles are extremely nice and if you don't have soft shackles already I think it's a good buy. Having one in each rig but wanting two I then bought this as the ring alone being I already had other soft shackles. Both rings fit in the bag included with their combo. The rings are very nice and smooth.I haven't needed one for a recovery but did use one when I respooled a winch and it worked great. Very easy. They are much better and easier to use, IMHO, than the old school. I still have one of those but it's going to be a bad day if I need to drag it out. I keep the two rings and shackle in my consoles with my winch controller so I'm ready to go if needed. They are small and light enough that it is not a terrible item to have in there. Much much lighter than the old school one I have.

I call it like I see it
I really appreciate the engineering that has gone into most of the recovery gear I carry with me. I haven't gotten a chance to use it yet but, I think that is a good thing. But it's good to know that if I do need it I can count on the people that made it out of the best grade materials.

Looks good
The recovery ring was packaged well no damage. The weight appears to stisfactory to ensure safe operation but not to heavy like a snatch block. I have not had a chance to use the ring yet but will put a review up once I have installed the winch.

Good quality. Seems like they're alil unorganized tho
Order 2 4" snatch rings, only recieved one 6" ring. Called to see what wassup. And they said they upgraded me to a 6" because they ran out of 4". They said they will be receiving some more stock this week and that they'll ship me one out as soon as they have some available. I told them I wanted a 4". That I was fine with one 6" but that the other one I prefer it to be a 4".Don't understand all this trouble. They had them in stock when I ordered them. And I have been waiting about a month to receive something they had in stock at the time of the order.

Haven't had to use yet but looks Heavy duty and great for synthetic winch line
Fortunately I have not had the "opportunity" to use this yet but looks to be a great piece of recovery gear. Will update when/if I "get" to use lol.

Simplicity rules
It does not get simpler than this. Use with Spectra soft shackle.
