Ordered these to start making some desserts, as well as to have some small dishes for putting ingredients in while cooking meals. I'm happy to say they've been great so far - I've made some chocolate lava cakes and some salted caramel custard in them (thanks Chef John / Food Wishes). Did have one minor issue with one ramekin being more oval than circular, and DeeCoo made it right very quickly by providing a complete replacement set at no cost.Longer version------------------As I've been cooking more at home given safer-at-home orders, I finally hit a point where I wanted a good set of ramekins, both for desserts and as handy dishes for ingredient prep when preparing meals. This looked like a great deal so ordered a setBox arrived and opened it up. The ramekins were what I considered to be well packed, and none of them were damaged inside. A smaller ramekin is nested inside a larger one, with some packaging between them, as well as around them, to help protect them in transit. There's a note inside saying if there is damage during shipping (as DeeCoo acknowledges on the note may happen even despite all the packaging) to contact them and they'll take care of it.While I didn't have any issue with them breaking in transit, there was one smaller ramekin that was stuck inside its larger one. After getting some soap involved to help, I was able to get them apart, and saw that the ramekin was not circular, but more oval, which caused it to stick in there. I reached out to DeeCoo and let them know, and they asked for some pictures to help explain things. Once they saw, they quickly offered to send another set at no cost to make it right. After verifying my shipping address, they had the replacements sent at no cost, and told me to keep the other set.Cooking in them has been great so far, too. I've made chocolate lava cakes in them, as well as some salted caramel custard. I've also used them to put things in while cooking, such as an egg so I can pour it into the cast iron skillet (pull broken egg shell out of a cast iron skillet? no thanks). They wash well in the dishwasher, and I have them stacked three-ish high in the cupboard to store them ( I wouldn't go too much higher with them).In the end, when I bought these there was only one review, so took a little bit of a gamble, but in the end, these are very nice, I've enjoyed cooking with them, and am thankful for the fast resolution to the small issue I had. I'm glad I went with these, and look forward to making lots of yummy things in them.

The French have a saying-- "Mise en place". Roughly translated, this means "everything in its place" or "putting in place". This phrase is used to describe how one should prepare food when cooking--everything should be prepared beforehand to avoid rushing and to allow for quick additions of ingredients. This allows for the proper incorporation of flavor to the final product and allows the chef to avoid burning or overprocessing the food.This is a long way to say that I use these ramekins for storing chopped foods when cooking. I usually chop 3-4 items that need to be added to a sautee pan, but the normal bowls that we use for eating are much too large. As an added bonus, with these ramekins, I have more bowls for cereal and other foods during the week.The ramekins are ceramic and this package includes 12 of them. Two sizes are included--see photos for details.The good:1) Two sizes are included2) They are easily washable3) Many are included, providing more than needed for holding chopped/diced items.4) They are stackableThe bad:** The ramekins arrive in packaging that may lend them to breaking. I had no issues. This is a minor complaint.Overall:** A welcome addition to our kitchen. "Mise en place" has never been easier.

Was looking for ramekins to use in our Instant Pot and came across this set with both 6 oz. and 8 oz. ramekins. I couldn’t be happier with them and didn’t realize they would be useful in so many ways throughout our day (not just in the Instant Pot). They were packaged well by the seller and information included on how to contact them should any break in the shipping process, and I have them stacked three high in our cupboards. Highly recommend.

These remekins are perfectly sized, I use them in the oven, air fryer and microwave. They are not heavy but sturdy enough and easy to wash ( I don't have a dish washer) by hand. The price is great for all you get n quality. I do recommend buying these. Very happy with my purchase.

These are my first ramekins ever as I begin a quest to become well versed in making custards & puddings & such during these times of social distancing. They appear to be good little porcelain ramekins & I look forward to trying them out for baking gluten-free crust-less pumpkin pies in the oven (i.e. just pumpkin pie filling). The price sure was right, too, at 12 for $21.99 -- what a reasonable entry price for such a large collection! One of my ramekins arrived w/a crack & a chip & the company's customer service has been fantastic in helping to resolve the issue. I'm satisfied!

The perfect little dish for custards, soups, you name it. The reason I purchased this product is because it's made of porcelain and stands up well in baking. Used them over Thanksgiving. I usually use a recipe for 2 pumpkin pies, and create one large pie from it. I used the remaining filling in these ramekins. They baked the custard to perfection. Those family members who don't like pie crust opted for the pumpkin filled ramekins.

I want some basic desert cups to bake with and serve icecream and fruits in. These are them. Light weight and nice looking I have been using these regularly. Their great. I would recommend these.

I love the 2 different sizes and great quality. When they arrived I did find a chip in one of the ramekins. I contacted the seller via email. The seller contacted me the same day on a Sunday night and gave details how to receive replacement. Customer service is very important to me as well as a company that stands behind their product.
