I tried this ointment as directed, I applied and then wore a neoprene shirt to keep the gel in contact with my skin. Which was a good idea regardless, because the ointment doesn't absorb in. If you tried it and then put on your regular workout shirt it would get on that shirt. The neoprene shirt kept it right where it needed to be.As far as heating up, wow. Really did the trick. Definitely increased heat to the problem areas. The reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that it keeps heating, meaning you need to wash it off or it just keeps on heating. Which isn't a problem if you are working out, as you'll probably shower afterwards anyway. I'm going to keep using it when I workout, but its not something you can apply daily just like body lotion. Its designed for working out and that is where it works well.

This product definitely works and you can feel it working(the burn). A little goes a long way. When you first apply it , it’s cool to the touch. But once you start working out it starts heating up and becomes very intense the more you workout. I still feel the burn after I’ve stopped and showered. It scared me at first but Don’t be alarmed. I guess that the feeling of it working. I love the product and will continue to use it with my workout to see more improvement. Only thing I didn’t like about it was like it gets a little TOO HOT(burning sensation) sometimes but it works.

I was really excited to try this product for my workouts, but I kept finding that it would get inconsistently hot in places and would take practically til the end of my workout (almost 35/40 min.) to heat up, and yes, it can get uncomfortably hot in areas, but I was prepared for that. Be prepared a bit for some cooler showers, but the issue I have is that it would take too long and wouldn't always get hot in areas I applied it to and needed it to get hot like my inner thighs and arms and thighs.

Great product does what I need it to do. It's not just gonna melt away excess fat folks. You gotta put in the work with diet and exercise. This gives a good assist in warm up and staying warm all through my work. My only complaint is the jars need to be sealed better. My last one was half gone and seeping out of the jar when I received it.

This definitely works if you use it consistently. I used it as I worked out and could feel it warm up quite fast. I would recommend you get a waist belt for the best results. Be sure to rinse your skin thoroughly with a light soap after your work out. You will feel a burning sensation but it will go away soon after you shower. I give it five stars because it works.

I tried the cream while working out, I applied it to my abdomen while wearing my sweat belt and after 1hr I removed my belt and it was soaked with sweat. I was a little hesitant to try it because I have an allergy to one of the ingredients, but I tried it anyway and no allergic reaction. I can’t wait to try it on my legs.
